OW is getting to the point that cheaters are common. Its not that there are more cheaters, but fewer players in general, making cheaters a more densely represented population. We are getting to the point of TF2 a few years ago. Not quite that bad yet, but thats on the road we are traveling.

statistically speaking in every lobby every level there are at least 3 cheaters per game, 30% across all fps games
That is the most overblown stat I have literally ever seen. Cheaters are fairly rare in OW, and they are basically all in GM, very few are below that.

I was overwatch banned on CSGO once and banned for using guitar scripts pre instrument patch on rust to play through the fire and flames while I raided people lol. I know a lot of about cheats and how the work because I have done a lot of research into them and how they work.
