I needed to figure out what are all the possible functions that an HR agency software could have for a university project in web-development class and this was a perfect video, thank you, I'm now considering an HR job (since I love systems thinking), lol. HR is not the employees friend. They're basically political commissars. They're given perfunctory task that other departments in the company can do to hide that fact. Gather evidence that helps the company if the employee plans to sue them. They're also the people that have pizza parties at the offices instead of solving issues like the company being understaffed or unfair salaries, etcetera...
