I have been having my 15000 for about a year with no problems. The last few days some of colors are not pressing correctly. I use Cosmo ink and the same paper I’ve been using. Do you know how I can fix this?
Hey! I think there was a tiny bit left in the bottles when I refilled the inks. In this video my ink was super low. You definitely don’t want to run the printer all the way empty tho.

When you refill when inks at that level is there ink left in the bottles when you fill to the top line?

can you refill with a different brand of sublimation ink?
Hey! You are welcome to refill with any sublimation ink:) I’ve heard good things about sublimation ink Printers Jack and Hippo ink on Amazon! 💕
If i was using cosmos and cant wait for order online can i use a different brand and mix or will it mess up my printer?
What will happen if I Mix the ink with the Epson ink? My wife was using sublimation ink, but by accident, I added the Epson ink to refill the black.
I refilled the ink to the line but the menu didn't pop up. What do I do to charge it?
Hey! Did you close the lid that’s over the ink cartridges? It should automatically pop up when you close the lid.
