Bro you have the mouth full of reason
Been following you for three full years now, still learning from your videos. Thanks a lot Coach
Your content is exactly what I need. I'm not a boxer but have studied different martial arts through it my life. Now I've got kids and no good places near me for them to learn. So I'm going to teach them on my own. Boxing being the first I've been looking for content to share and work with them
I appreciate that, thank you 🥊
First min and 35 secs in the fight IQ in this vid is what I'm looking for and so WHOOP WHOOP NEW SUB. Thanks for the content man! Great pointers. Seem so obvious but even some coaches won't teach the strategy of leverage.
1 million subs! Heck yeah coach! Your videos have helped me so much over the last couple years. Thank you!
Love the time you put in making videos and sharing your knowledge of boxing 🥊,I’m an Andre Ward fan for sure.
As always peace ✌🏽
You inspired me to keep going on my boxing journey and become in love with the sport. Thank you very much! XO Heather Thrills
I’ve recently gotten a new job and I haven’t practiced in a while thanks for the video it really helped
Wonderful instruction!
Excellent 👍🏼 Thank you!
thank you for all the knowledge. just bought a punching bad for the house, installing it soon. I'm 34 y/on so it's all fun and exercise but that won't stop me from uppin my IQ every day!
Thank you !!!!
Congrats on the 1 mill. To celebrate you got to do a daily vlog of showing us that Canada life. I been watching you since college 2013. I swear I thought you were a light skin black Muslim from Philly cuz of the grit, beard, and Malcolm x Tattoo. Man was I wrong lol. I was telling everybody..."Its this cat on youtube from Philly I think he a 5 percenter he a beast at boxing instruction" lol
Thank you Mateen! I truly appreciate all the support!
You are awesome for making this channel. Hope I can gain pro form with time
I use a standard high guard stance, because it works in both boxing, and muay thai, so I don't have to switch stances all the time, the cross guard works too in both
Thank's for this video, to find a best boxing stand is not easy... for me, record while sparring help me a lot.
BIG BRO !!! All the way from Dallas tx man I’m rocking with ya homie 👿👿👿👿👿🥊🥊🥊🥊
Thank you!! I appreciate that!
Excellent
This guy is such a great coach, I feel like I know him. He’s definitely grown the sport of boxing more than jake Paul and the other youtuber “boxers” forsure
Congrats on the 1 million subs brother! Been subscribed for some years now. Keep up the great work 💪🏼🥊
Very good
Good vid
Nice
Could you do a video on tips/pitfalls/benefits of a brawler Foreman style boxer? Hard to find that information for that type of big boxer (I'm 6'5" 270).
This guy made me to love boxing realy thanks mate
Me too. He’s a great coach
Congratulations 🎈 for 1 million subscribers i always wish you to have 1 million subscribers
Thank you Avinash!
@@PrecisionBoxing welcome 🤗
Boxing or fighting with your fists is a game of chess that can be lost by one wrong move, or one right punch in the right place at the right specific moment. It's also a game of observation and good conditioning. No boxer has ever really made the greatest of impacts by going out on the weekends and blazing 5 grams of cocaine and drinking themselves stupid with their friends. The art of boxing in general is a serious business so people who box should take it seriously if they wanna be a champion tomorrow. Joe Calzague (not correct spelling I think) for example from Wales UK, every single day for the most part of his career barring a certain amount of time where he didn't spar due to problems with his hands he trained every single day of his career, road work and mostly everything else in training, every single day without fail he at least did some sort of conditioning and not just for an hour. He finished with an unbeaten career, ended up in the Boxing Hall of Fame, and beat boxers like Jeff Lacy, Roy Jones Junior, Chris Eubank he sent him across the ring and he landed on the right hand side of his arse, Hopkins, and a lot of other boxers in his career. You don't achieve those things as a boxer if you don't put the work in just the same as you ain't gonna get far in a street fight if you smoke 20 a day and drink 20 pints each weekend. It's a great sport, a serious sport but a great sport nonetheless.
First to comment 😂. Love your videos coach
First🥊🔥
Excellent video. I'm assuming that just as there is no best stance, there is also no best high/low hand guard position?
You could definitely say that
🥊
oh okay, you just made me understand the mindset behind the bladed stance better. What should I do when my opponent is a counter puncher and is waiting for me to initiate the offense. Also what videos should I watch to learn boxing in the bladed stance style.
To deal with a counter puncher you have to counter their counter. Compound attacks. Attack - cover - attack, or attack - move the head - attack.
What people miss with mayweather and the philly shell is that he will rarely be in that guard when boxing at range because it is a poor start for the jab. You only have to think about it briefly
In defense use mayweather style . I’m attack use Tyson style . Then you will be elite level
How to switch to south paw like roy jones style
Sir break down the Soviet style stance
It looks like he’s riding a unicycle at first glance of the thumbnail.
Thanks beast. You think Kambosas has a chance this weekend? Who you got, Savannah Marshall or claressa shields
I think Haney will win a dominant decision. I think Shields will win a close decision
Thanks
@@PrecisionBoxing bang on.
thank you sir, I've been finding the best stance for over a year. btw I have a question. Why proffesional boxer drop their non-punching hand, and they don't pivot their lead foot when throwing a lead hook?
Good question, and idea for future videos
👌👌👌👌
When should use use normal stance then
In the future can you do a video on being flat footed vs on toes?
Yes good idea!
👍
4:30 "isn't the best stance because it's peekaboo" isn't there an explanation why the peekaboo isn't perfect? I get that there are flaws in every stance, but what are the flaws in peekaboo stance?
It's not about flaws. It's that if you are trying to maintain long range and a defensive position while moving in and out then peekaboo makes that's harder to do
Thank you coach.
