  • A very subtle Pilates exercise which is surprisingly difficult to do when you first start Pilates. However, it is brilliant for freeing up the lower back and also strengthens the lower abdominal muscle, one of the key core muscles.
This is an instructive video tutorial taken from Sarah Hardy's extensive online Pilates website which features over 100 Routines and Tutorials to keep you toned and fit into old age. As a practising Sports Therapist and experienced Pilates Instructor, Sarah is careful to give precise and safe instructions as she demonstrates every stretch and exercise.
If you are new to Pilates, there is a 6 week Beginner's Course. There are videos focusing on Back Care, Sports, Essential Stretching and lots of wonderful Stretch & Tone routines lasting from 15 minutes to 50.
We'd love you to join us.

Maybe just do the 12 and 6 and 3 and 9 o'clock that would be a lot easier!!! it is the pelvic clock, separated.
