I want to let you know that God 100% sent me to your website. I’m 58yrs old and disabled and weigh 375lbs. I’ve changed my diet and couldn’t find a free easy videos that would fit me. As others have commented - perfect timing! I'm trying to do one new thing everyday, big or small; I've been busy today so hadn't managed to think of anything new to do, but then I saw a new workout. No repeats makes it even better!

@222abell Yes, it is. I am also trying to eat healthy along with this. I feel extremely hungry after their routine. I make sure I have plenty of healthy food post workouts. A big bowl of salad, some carb, and good amt of protein.

Thank you guys for these excellent workouts I've been doing these 13 minute Abs workouts for a few years, on and off in my living room. I've managed to maintain a reasonable figure and almost flat belly . I love your style and teaching methods, I feel as if I know you, you make it so enjoyable. Thanks also for offering these workouts for free. I like the short time if I'm busy. Everyone can find 15 minutes in their day. Sometimes I try a longer workout, but the 13 minute one suits me just fine.
glad I found this one, because I was not feeling ( lack of sleep after night shift) the 50 min full body workout that was for today in stronger 90 lol still managed to get one done at least!!
I enjoyed this work out and while I understand exercise is more about a healthy lifestyle, I'm on my journey to lose weight..may I please know how many calories Im burning performing this workout?
