Omg, turn on automatic subtitles and have a laugh "I don't think any home baker should be afraid of making vodka..." @ 3:30 "...and we made poor bupkis out of this..." @ 3:36
I'm drooling over here...😋 Ever had savoury babka? Well you are missing out - this is my favourite Pesto babka: ruclips.net/video/jP9SIBnF3Mw/видео.html. A perfect addition to any potluck!
That's not the problem. Of course you'd expect some background noise and a bit of messy editing, but when it's popping mid sentence it means the person did something very, very wrong. The cutting is really messy as well, adding or removing a second here or there and fading it out would have worked better rather than having it stop randomly in the middle of a loud noise. Or you know, hiring someone who knows how to do this instead of unpaid interns.
+Eva Bekkert Also, it's upsetting because this guy is obviously very talented and does a beautiful job making this dessert but the editing is working against him. His work should be displayed with as much care and skill he puts into his own job. It's unfair to him to do such a shoddy job.
+cpunching sometimes the talent might have repeated points in the same sentence so there may need to be cutting. Yes the baker is talented but he may not be comfortable/confident in front of the camera.
Well what is Jewish ? Because they Jews who lived in European countries influenced the placed they lived but also have been influenced by them. For example you might think bagel is original nyc bake but the Jewish immigrants were inspired by polish bakes in Cracow were they settled throughout about 800 years
i had to stop by one of their bakeries while visiting NYC. Great service and the babka ? the best jerry, the best!
What is pastry flour? Is it different from regular flour? Love your instructions on the website. Thanks.
It really makes me hungry. Gonna try baking it especially that I'm just at home.

Implying I would share my babka with anyone. You’re cute. That’s not going to happen.
Did anyone notice the guys at the Back?
Since when is a stand mixer a common kitchen appliance? I don't have one and I doubt eastern european jews did either
is he married??
I have no idea how this channel got so lazy. Why is your sound mixing getting so bad? Why is it popping in the middle of a sentence of all things?
try to sneak some good sound gear into a bakery. then say nays

longyellowbanana Which is why it's up to the editor to fix it in post so it flows well, not just butcher the audio and make it sound worse.
is it a Jewish dessert???
+Kabsati Kind of, but more like it is from the Jewish people who lived in Eastern Europe.

I can't wait to get to my kitchen at work, so I can make this!
You can't make this because they didn't give you the portions of the ingredients
Max Rustine Babka 🤣
@@mailamakua602 Grandma's Chicken Salad 🌈🙌
two hours proofing? no way
Yes way. If your kitchen is warmer it could probably be only an hour and a half. You're looking for your babka to double in volume
Seriously.. ingredients without exact amount!?
