    I receive $1,017 monthly. I waited 5 years to receive it and on my second appeal I was approved. I only received 4 months back pay. I missed 5 years of employment and I only worked 3 months in the ten years that they came up with a figure. Not fair! Not ENOUGH TO LIVE ON. 😢

    SO I just started the process with you guys not long ago, I just wanna ask cause I didn't in the email how long does it generally take with you guys help based on your past cases?

    I only get 1 000 3 dollars a month from disability I have been receiving disability since 1991 something not right I can't work it's not enough to live on with no other income I do get a food card for 200 a month but social security office told me I'm getting exactly what I am supposed to I don't understand how they expect us to live

    I'm not answering this so the govt can just decide how much to lower it by for the next 10 years lol

      Ha - understand the discretion :). But the good news is that disability payments generally go *up* year over year. Since the 1970s, the SSA has implemented a "Cost of Living Adjustment" annually.
      There were three years on record where benefit payments stayed flat - but every other year, benefit recipients have seen their payments go up!
