Munchies, Chimera was a fan name when the song wasn't had a name yet and Chinelin is the name of the exe game/creepypasta.

More in depth explanation basically it based on A creepypasta video called Sonic 0 and this is most known for the game that Sally exe ripped off and basically it has sonic in a special stage from sonic 1 and he jumps off and dies then he runs into spikes and dies again and then he gets crushed and dies again and he is then in purgatory where he meets ultimate chimera who is a enemy from the mother series and he chases sonic until he eats him and then sonic is stuck in a eternal hell of death
