I am going to sleep good tonight !!! I felt all my tension and stresses melt away, I feel so relaxed I really enjoyed this class and I like how you mentioned a lot of times about pain in your back and what to do to help with it. Now I'm off to bed fully relaxed and feeling good thank you two :)
