We're 73 and .I've in Mississippi, putting in our 1st garden in a very humid zone , won't be huge , about 10x16 but will serve our needs Good Lord willing , your beautiful family has inspired me, thank you 😊🙏🙏♥️♥️⚘⚘⚘
Many of us wishes our parents were still living. Appreciate your parents greatly, they are not replacable. Spend as much time as possible with them you will never regreat it.
You are very blessed to have the physical strength of your parents to help ! More blessed to have their knowledge! Remember that they also will need help from time to time !
Your garden is almost like your local grocery store. Once you get familiar with the landscape and where everything is, you’ll discover it takes less time. And in due time you’ll decide to expand once you have that down pat and established! Prayers for the start of a wonderful week!
Korie!!! It’s looking really good!!! If you want the stumps to rot quickly……. This really works!! Beat up the stump with hatchet or something really sharp. Then pour a pint to a quart of buttermilk on the stump ( on a dry day of course ) and let sit. It will take a few weeks but it WILL rot enough to cut over it. I hope this helps. You and Austin and little Miss Olive are wonderfully sweet!! Mom, Dad and Katie are so precious!! I watch Mom’s channel also with every video!! I think you and Katie are so adorable!! Much Love from Mississippi 💕💕💕💕
Love how you all support and help each other to get things done. Your family is a blessing and awesome example to many.Thank you for sharing your lives with us.God bless.Hugs.
My grandparents used to plant a garden every year that they were able. I have eaten many a fresh veggie out of their gardens. From tomatoes to potatoes. Both of my Grandmothers canned. God bless y’all and keep y’all always. ❤️🙏✌️
Just so nice to see family working together. God bless each of you. Enjoy this family. We feel right at home with you all. Hug and treat each other kindly. Wish we had our parents here again.
You and your family have team work down to a science. Good job everyone! I'm very impressed with the way you react to worms too! I wouldn't scream like I would if it was a snake, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't "cuddle" them and tell them how cute they are. They would just have to go find a different place to live.
Hello Cori I watched your moms video But so enjoy updates as well 😁 I really Love watching your family pull together & get yours & Austin’s yard looking great & ready for planting ❤so cool 👍 Best wishes & many blessings Brenda
I loved doing my garden before I had some health issues. We always did family related things before my folks passed. I really miss those days. Enjoy these times and keep the memories alive. Love to see y'all working together. We all need more of that.
You and Austin are so fortunate to have parents who are so knowledgeable about gardening, and have the skills to do all that is needed to help get your yard ready for planting. What a treasure they are! I love to see how you all work together so well! I am loving all you have done in your yard. It is looking great!
Oh I love this video... I've watched it twice... lol and I might watch it again.. Your dads reaction when you guys ran toward the camera at the end was priceless..Thanks for sharing.
I enjoy yard work...umm...let me clarify that statement...I enjoy the RESULTS of yard work!! lol It is very refreshing to see families working together! And I'm sure Olive appreciates her 'new' yard!!
I love this video! This is how I was raised and raised my children- family helps each other and is there for each other when needed. ❤ I love this video! Especially when Matt & Austin were working together and conversing, while the women had their conversations.....beautiful! ❤😊😊😊😊😊😊
Wow! What a productive day with your family. I well-remember projects we wanted to do as a young married couple that my parents helped with. Great memories built. Your yard is looking so amazing! I bet your neighbors are impressed with all y'all accomplished! Blessings to you all! Love from SC, Jane ❤🙏
It is just so nice to see you all working together. You have given me some great ideas for my garden. Thanks you so much as always, such a pleasure watching y'all's videos. This old lady is still getting educated!! ♥️🙏♥️👩🦳🌺
everything is coming together so well for your yard and garden readiness - and such a blessing to have your parents and Katie so close by to come help with it all - definitely many hands make for light and quick work.
You all did an amazing transformation of the yard after all that hard work. Many hands do make light work, such a blessing! Corrie, you & Austin will have a fine start this gardening season.
There aren't many things that are more gratifying than doing Spring cleanup, and, for new homeowners, getting to know your piece of land. Your patch will always be a work in progress (as I know your parents can tell you), and you'll get many years of satisfaction fine-tuning it. It makes me so happy to see your family all together, working and enjoying each other. Thank you for sharing. Peace be with you! 💚
A lot was accomplished and extra help always makes it so much better when you’re wanting it done fast! Also the last clip of all the family waving…I laughed and said “The Clampetts!” because at the end of the show they always waved Bye!!! One of my favorites and still can watch it every day… when I’m home I do!!💕 also the house color you picked looks way better!!👍
In the 50s into the 60s my dad put in a huge veggie garden. He grew everything, root veggies including beets, corn, peas, beans, tomatoes, lettuces...and sunflowers. My mom maintained the flower beds. There was always a surplus, so I would make up veggie baskets to sell to our neighbours without gardens. IMy neighbours knew the proceeds would go to me so I could go horseback riding. Not real set prices. They all appreciated fresh produce and I got to ride. ✌️♥️😊 I also washed cars for the same reason.
Growing up we had a garden and I miss the soil from back home. I will say this I think the food taste different from here where I live now than like that good ole Georgia dirt. Hope yall have a great week.
You are so lucky to have your parents help y’all! That’s wisdom and knowledge that will continue on through the years with you when they are gone. I only have my Dad left and he’s no longer able to do much. Can’t wait to see all you are growing and how it all looks by Summer!
What wonderful progress y'all made in the yard. So glad you have the before pictures & can't wait to see the "after" pictures when everything is in full, productive growth. Hugs!
Enjoyed this ! Everything looking great ! Y'all got alot accomplished! Yep, definitely a red shoulder hawk , their call gives them away . There are several here on my hill too. The salamanders were precious, so beautiful, I love them ! Yes, many hands make small work ! Best wishes for much success with your garden ! Appreciate y'all always God bless....🙏❤️
How nice to see family helping out family!! Lot of hard work done by all! It will be well worth all that labor when harvesting the crops! Sustaining family!! God bless you all and much love! 💕🤗🙏🏻
You, Austin, and Katie are so wise to soak up every drop of wisdom your parents have to offer. I wish I had asked my Dad how to do things before he passed, but I'm not going to make the same mistake with my Mom. Learn from them and love and cherish their friendship, too.
Y’all are such a nice family, who loves each other and happily comes to help, when help is needed. God bless your amazing family. Your yard is looking great. ❤
This is so awesome!!! The entire family helping. My dad place flooded out back in 06 and at that time everyone was alive and alive and we were there too help him.
Just started our seedlings. Here in the North East, took a few years to know that planting at the first sign of spring was not good. Planting in the ground after mothers Day works. May you and all your family be well and blessed.
What a beautiful day you all had out in your yard. I love your yard so much. I like the slope of your yard and that of your parents. This video reminded me of the times spent with my grandmother raking he leaves form the 50 foot maple trees on her lawn and cleaning the flower beds around her house, Such wonderful memories and you will have them too. Can't wait to see you gardens and your parents too. I do have seeds started here in my small indoor greenhouse and will put the out in the big greenhouse once the snow goes. So from Nova Scotia to you all, happy gardening. Thane Bent p.s. love your and your Mom's channel
What wonderful parents…what a wonderful sister raised by the wonderful parents….you are a wonderful daughter….raised by the wonderful parents…you have a wonderful husband and a wonderful baby girl “olive” ….notice the theme here?????? Lol.. i truly enjoy this channel and your mom’s …
So lucky to have your parents. I loved mine dearly and miss them always. Spend as much time with them as you can. Katie - I would have wanted to keep the little salamanders too. How cute! I’ve never seen any that large.
Wow! Your yard looks so much better. Y’all are so blessed to have your mama, daddy and Katie to pitch in and help y’all with all that work. Can’t wait to see y’all starting to plant your garden. Have a great day. Hugs from the southeast coast of Florida 😎🦩🌞🦩😎
Wow! Your garden space and landscape in general looks great, Corie! So glad your parents and Katie could come by and help you and Austin. :) I'm so excited for you and hope the gardening goes great! God bless you! Haha! Loved your dad's head shake at the end!
My momma passed in 2015 and my "father"(sperm donner) was never a part of my life...... im jelly of you for having this strong family unit 😊❤ and sadly im an only child......love watching all of your videos. God bless y'all always 🙏
Loved watching you all transform your yard. You have such a nice family. I was excited when you said you have a Pink Lady apple tree. That's my favorite apple!
Nice work and glad to see ya'll working together. Matt go get a post driver to drive the tee posts and eliminate the bucket and sledgehammer. A lot safer and easier and works 10 times better than the hammer
Corie, you had a family day helping out with the garden and it looks fantastic. And you even got two new pets salamanders by the looks of it. Here's to an excellence harvest this season.
Seeing Matt shake his head at the girls at the end is precious. God always gives you what you need. I guess Matt needed to get all squished up by three girls/women . It will help him and he does not even know it. Lol!
Happy for you Corrie that your parents came over to help you. Good parents. Good children. Lots of reasons to thank God.
Your Momma always tickles me! Tipper: "it'll either die or it will come back". There's no arguing with that statement! The garden looks great!
🤣🙏
LOVE Ms. Tipper!
I also cracked up at this comment!
I laughed when she said that too! Lol

Beautiful yard, it's always nice to have family help.

It's important to make the distinction between irises and day lilies. One is poisonous while the other is edible.
You and Austin are so fortunate to have parents who are so knowledgeable about gardening, and have the skills to do all that is needed to help get your yard ready for planting. What a treasure they are! I love to see how you all work together so well! I am loving all you have done in your yard. It is looking great!
Mommy and Daddy were always there to help us kids
I love your lifestyle. I really wish all of us could live like that.
Glad to see a family work together like yours does! All things considered, family is what matters most ❤

Great job and Great Family. God Bless. 😊 Jean

I agree with your mama. When you have a mess cut it back & see what happens I have applied this in my life to more than my flower gardens
It’s good advice 😁
The gardens look wonderful. That is so nice the whole family came together to help. God bless you and keep you all. ❤
