I remember how devastated my mom was when her cats either ran away or passed away period when they ran away I prayed for them and they returned and she lived in a mountain area in Southern California quite like where the Pressley girls live

I love this video! Sledding was so fun when I was a kid! I think the part I loved most was the whole family would take part. We got 8 inches of snow where I live and it's expected to hang around due to temperatures plummeting this week. My favorite aunt, my Granny's sister, would tell us the snow is waiting on it's sister. In other words, we'll get more snow. 😁 During this snow my granddaughter and I enjoyed a friendly snowball fight and built a snowman. Y'all never cease to amaze me with the fun stuff you do! This one was probably one of my favorites, I smiled the entire time. It brought back so many great memories of sled riding as a child. I live in Ohio and I am old enough to remember the blizzard of '78 and '79. Our house had a large hill in the back yard and all the neighborhood kids came to my backyard to sled ride. It was a great time. Thank you for sharing all the fun and making me remember all my past good times. Also, it really made me realize how I need to find joy in every day 😊❤.

The wooden sleds with metal runners were made by American Flyers. You can actually steer them.

We used truck tire inner tubes wayyy back in the day, you had no control where it was going and it was fast! 😁
