Updog To Downdog Transition: The Drag and Flip

  • You might find that you are exactly where you want to be when you transition from updog to downdog, but if not here's an idea to play with.
    Remember we can choose a particular position to emphasis the work in a particular place. So don't think everyone's downdog should look the same, conscious choice is what you need to be doing whenever you are placing yourself in a posture. What do I want to get out of this?
