Very well done. I will have to get a screwdriver without flanges to take the main jet out and a few wires to clean out the emulsion tube. Should be able to take out the idle screw with regular Phillips. Will carefully watch the sequence of the gaskets. One question someone hit a small stump and bent one end of the blade. I’ve bought a new one but how do you check if the crankshaft is okay. Thank you very much for your video as it is a big help!!
thanks for commenting! There's a couple ways to check for a bad crank, but if you have a brand new (straight) blade I think I would just install it and spin the blade around with a marked reference point on the deck. If the two blade ends land on the same reference spot when rotating you should be ok. You'll want to make sure your spark plug boot is unplugged while you do this for safety tho.
Very good. It helped me get a Husqvarna going again. Especially pointing out the ports which needed carb cleaner and the jets which get clogged. Re-assembly was also helpful.
Yeah I was surprised, but this one was a 2012-ish AYP build which are starting to be harder to find parts for. I'm sure I can cross it to a Craftsman part number that will fit and it'll just be black instead of grey
Thank you Sir! Excellent job with the explanation My point of interest was the exact gasket / block orientation; also noted that your choke deactivation was markedly slower than mine. I did like and subscribe. Best wishes.

Glad it helped!
Awesome! I’m learning a lot from watching.
Great video!
thanks!
Just worked on an identical carb. Didn't know the handle was obsolete. Of all the handles I had I was able to find 1 to replace that style.
