Slight correction, the Crystal chest is for a large dice at the end of a run that drops crystals vs the chest drops gear
You think we could also get an explanation on if enchants stack? Or an enchants guide too? Kinda confused if things stack or not, so many different wordings they have if that makes sense.

You can get better gear, just farm bosses/ shrines by beating the encounter and quitting then re-entering your last continue save of game. I've seen youtubers and twitch streams that said the same thing but just hit lvl 40 and do farming. It's a way better method in the end. Hope this helps someone in the comments. (Its amazing for exp as well)

@@ZombieATAT Yes they do but this was early on in the game when the infinity didn't have a designated loot drop and he told people it did so many people wasted their time getting nothing or very lucky with a world drop
@@ZombieATAT I did not say guaranteed drop "designated" that means that mini boss drops it more than others and he took the video down and uploaded the right source after. Molmf called him out on it prob see comments about it on his channel
@@ZombieATAT I told you before he claimed there was a designated drop for it but there wasn't yet. It was so long ago I can't remember who he said it was only remember though cause molmf would always bring it up. Along with was it Bahroo cheating in a loot event when he got two pearls and a legendary from the bunker at once
Also, the two chests on the portals have different meanings. The Crystal chest is for a large dice at the end of the run that drops only crystals. The gold chest gives you a dice at the end of the run that can drop items/gear.
Just FYI completing the side mission "kill the dragon statue" doesnt finish the level it just gives you a bunch of progress coz its classified as a strong enemy
That’s how a few of the challenges work. If you fail the side challenge you get no punishment except no extra crystals. Finishing the challenges just grants extra bonuses.

@@itsinstinct_6756 I was using a dark magic self cast eruption with two charges too proc the graveborn cap stone but I found a “class mod” with 4 into the spell cool down skill so,
I can keep my killskills up without any problem by using any other spell
The second was way better, but i feel like wonderlands is the equal of pre-sequel

There’s hidden skulls throughout each map which you shoot and a soul floats to a thing which spits out more crystals

Thanks moxsy! Definitely so many new mechanics/topics and ideas that are new to the borderlands community so having an overview vid like this that’s really accurate available for people where the game is so new! Definitely still getting used to dark magic, chaos chambers etc so this really helps!
The loot system reminds me of Diablo 3s gear with ancients and primal ancients. Not to mention the chaos chambers are like Rifts to an extent.
Ya. The loot bunnies are essentially Kadala with blood shards. As well as being able to roll gear at the blacksmith which is like Kunias cube. They totally got some inspiration from D3. Which is awesome. To many times devs try to do something new and it sucks. If something works good in another game steal it and make your game better. This is by far their best endgame borderlands has had imo.
got to mention how myth rank is just paragon 2.0

Diablo 3 is a massive source of content inspiration in this game. It reminds you of it cuz it is based on it very so clearly. Primordial is a better name than primal🤪😂😂. That goes to show, D3 did get some things right by the end lol.

Watching this video will help change how I approach farming chaos mode. Now I can gear up on any chaos level I'm comfortable with then when ready go for a chaos run

I'm glad to see my gear isn't obsolete as I have some nice spells that work so well for my graveborn spellshot, although I will 100% try get my gear with volatile rolls as that sounds like an insane stat increase. I do wonder how the DLCs will affect everything

I'm pretty sure the portal with the "diamond chest" gives you an extra orb for crystals when completed, instead of just being a normal run.
It does. And it also gives you loot from the crystals. I got a legendary from one today.

@@barkley1744 incorrect. It will also occasionally drop loot. I have received legendaries from it as well. But yes, it’s primarily for crystals. The regular chest is primarily for loot. But both give small amounts of the other type.

@@babyyyz7948 I've been enjoying it a lot. The gameplay is real solid like 3 but unlike 3 I enjoy most of the writing in Wonderlands. Chaos runs might be a bit harder solo but still plenty doable.

I love that Gearbox finally added this mode. Re-running campaign areas needed a revamp. Especially after playing 1000's of hours in Diablo 3 with it's Greater Rifts end game with a very similar system.

From my experience the portal logos are for
Butt stallion ends with butt stallion giving u a random buff
Dragon Lord gives u him with more modifiers
Brown chest is the big red dye that will drop crystals and guns
Crystal chest gives u crystal dye and drops all crystals
That is just a great overall guide. Gives u a good view of everything to expect.

If you want easy melee kills as a magic build use the mage staff of edginess makes melee into ranged attacks and deals 110% weapon dmg as spell dmg while giving you 5% spell cooldown on hit. It’s a good melee weapon when you don’t wanna get to close like with the wand and still wanna deal magic dmg

Moxsy, it also counts if you select the modifier before you open the shard dice.
So select your mod. Then crack the dice
I was so hype when I found out this was at the end game. Borderlands has always been modeled after diablo so I knew when they put in something like paragon levels (badass ranks and myth ranks) that it was only a matter of time until they put in a good endgame like diablo 3's Nephilim rifts.
The diamond looking chest portal is not to end the run... Every Run has 3 levels, a shrine level, 3 more levels, and then a boss... The diamond chest is simply meaning that the reward at the end is more crystals.
Dragon lord = Modifier
Buttstalion = Buff
Regular chest = loot dice
Diamond chest = Crystal shard dice
Dragon Lord offers curses to be specific, and the 313 layout is only for normal runs, not extended

Keep an eye out for kwartz. They're crystals in the level that can be shattered to drop an elite enemy and a lot of crystals.
To be more accurate they spawn a mimic :)
@@peteee69 ? That's odd, I've gotten everything from elite coiled to superbadass skeletons. Maybe it's a hotfix issue for me?
@@DiceDweeb16 really weird never had either of those spawn from chests that I remember only mimics for me, but most def lotsa crystals

Hey moxsy another thing to add as well,
You can technically (I thing it's possibly a glitch), get your friends access to chaos levels before they beat the game!
Bring them into your game for chaos trial, they will unlock their newest level, and you can do this repeatedly for them to unlock them further (most things are their level with a few weird exceptions). Once they have some degree of levels, you join them in their world, they won't have access to the chaos level menu, but the end game player will and can turn it on for them. Thus giving them access to chaotic gear, better loot luck, Moon orb drops, as well as a slightly stronger/harder game play that isn't necessarily a full new difficulty!
Just something neat you might appreciate!

from what I've experienced the big purple chest portal increases your legendary chance from the end run chest, the more purple chest portals u take threw out the run the better your end run chest will be.

Hey, just a heads up for new players, the weird chest with horns portal doesn’t immediately end your run, it actually gives you more crystals instead of a modifier or gear. Hope this helps, I appreciate all of the new player support

The one with the crystal chest gives u more crystals at the end of the encounter run. U get an extra big crystal to break at the end

I got top 100 for time and top 1 for the rainbow crystal count (roughly 1900ish) on my first run. Don't know if that's just personal records or something but it definitely makes me want to strive to hit #1 in both.
Hey not sure if you'll see this or if I'm early enough but the big chest portal is more crystal rewards at the end of the run. The small yellow chest is just loot and a small side of crystals.
Could you do a weapons video for melee, spell, long range, and other builds. After you get your volatile weapons?

Cool video, i got a "i'm sooo stupid flash" after reading your Tip about changing to loot based gear at the Lootroom :) A few notes: 1) All crystals of a arena are looted automatically, so you don't have to run through the whole Arena at the end BUT Gold is not...so i run anyway XD 2) Every curse is increasing the drop chance of crystals by killing a normal enemy by 25%, so imo 4 curses are the the best way to farm them, elite mobs have 100% dropchance right from the beginning.
Weard fact: Every second chaos upgrade run the rank has not been improved BUT after doing another one it opens up 2 at once. Don't know if this is a new bug with the patch or if this is intended.
Looking forward to the vid about those glyphs. Only been able to figure out the green one where you have to shoot the purple highlighted balls in order but haven't been successful yet, and I have no idea how to do the others.
I suspect it unlocks a miniboss or somthing????
They really hit a home run with this roguelite endgame!

I haven't had any side objectives complete the area I've just had them complete at the same time. For instance killing people in a circle usually by the time you've done that you're going to complete the encounter.

Thanks for this, just hit endgame last night. Still have to finish getting a few Dice before I really dive in however.
I see why some people are upset though if CC is the only real endgame activity. Still, it is reassuring to see they actually corrected a number of mistakes from BL3.
Quest rewards dropping in vending machines and gold being actually valuable is also a very welcome addition - one of the worst things in BL has been replaying all the sidequests for specific gear.
I'm guessing the Shrines are playthrough based though and not account wide?
I just hit 40 figured id go hunting for dice and do some side missions try put some kinda build together before running chambers
Very nice breakdown. Really enjoying this game and liking what they've done with the endgame. I like this a lot more than I liked Mayhem mode. Excited to see where it goes next with the DLC.

you can do a partial press on the bunnies and then melee them to save crystals. not sure how it effects the drops tho. just thought it s was an interesting mechanic. could be a way to abuse it if it doesnt effect loot chance

Wonderlands really has the best endgame in the series, it's a roguelite with meaningful rewards. I didn't like Borderlands 3's Mayhem Mode but at least I get to choose one Modifier in Wonderlands
Yea, while alot of the mayhem modifiers sucked in BL3, I surprisingly don't hate them as much in chaos chamber
@@bls4650 I think the damage scaling in Wonderland is more reasonable than BL3. The scalings for mayhem modifiers in BL3 are just out of control.

@@babyyyz7948 I think so, endgame content has alot more replay than BL3 ever had. I like the chaos chamber, there are also hidden bosses that are Invincible level difficulty in the chamber.
There are also way more character combinations that mostly all feel viable. It's definitely fun. The spell system is actually awesome, adds a new layer to the gameplay. Spells give me Bioshock vibes.
I'd say if you enjoy the BL series in general you'd probably enjoy this one.
Sometimes you can go to a red portol after the final boss fight to fight a tiny tina boss (which is pretty hard in my opinion, kinda feels like a raid boss to me)

Wow I actually beat the two of them on chaos 4 and 5 first try. Mushroom companion revived me for like 10 times each fight lol
Giving me diablo 3 trial flashbacks for some reason I love it
So for chaotic gear would it be mostly just farming a specific weapon or a specific spell or item you like then
That yellow mark on the wall at 8:50 is how you get 1 of 3 secret raid bosses. I didn't see any added info on that mark here.
