One of their earliest songs from their first album.... This sound was so new in the 90's - it was kind of a rebellion of the punk scene from East Germany and I remember so many older people at that time that just didn't know what to do and think about this music... It was my youth and I am so thankfull of them being there at this time
"Wollt ihr das Bett in Flammen sehen (for pronounciation: volt ear does bet in flammen say'en )" is the first song on the first album and it simply introduces the band to the audience and fans. The scream sound effect and reloading the weapon is from the video game "Doom" from the 90s.
Yeah, I mentioned Doom in another video before I had any idea they borrowed some sounds from the game. It works for me! What a way to start their commercial music career. This song packs a punch! I really enjoyed it.
@@xsezz This song is so iconic! And yeah, apparently it was the drummer's (Christoph Schneider) favorite game (actually his nickname is "Doom" because of that LOL) And i believe since the game was "modifiable", you could access to it's little archives and sounds from your computer, so i guess they took those sounds directly from the game and converted them into samples. EPIC.
Some are trying to diminish Rammstein due to "simple music" and "cheap effects", often with reference to Nightwish and Babymetal. Let me ask you this: how many of you have fallen asleep before the two latter bands comes to the chorus?
I have yet to watch any of those groups but so far I don't see why anyone would try to diminish Rammstein like that. Their shows look so full of energy! Also, don't forget, the better you are the more haters you have.
I mean, they're all great bands at the end of the day. The people who talk smack are just jealous they can't do what rammstein does so well, there's a reason why they're still so popular to this day.
The militaristic feel to this is pretty wicked! Even though they're industrial metal, they incorporate a lot if EDM, hence you wanna dance. (ノ´ з `)ノ IDK if you've reacted to this but 'Haifisch' live is a fun one to react to.I can't remember which tour but it's got a surprise in it! It's about sharks. 🦈
Yes. On Amazon Prime Video you can watch the whole Show and even the Show in Madison Square Garden. 🤘 BTW there is also a Documentory about an early America Tour, where you can learn a lot about Rammstein

Aaaaah thank you. So at the beginning of words the "S" stays as an "S"? It only becomes "sh" in the middle of words? Or it varies on a word by word basis.
@@xsezz !!! and here´s a tipp if you really want to get into foreign languages a little: in your language, all vocals have two pronounciation possibilities: A is make as well as hard, E is he as well as let, I is tiger as well as live, O is to as well as lot and U is butter as well as flu. in languages like german, italian, spanish, latin, vocals have only 1 pronounciation. A is always as in hard, E is always let, I is always live, O is always lot and U is always flu. hence, rammstein is originally pronounced differently than native english speakers would assume.
@@geraldherrmann787 Thank you for taking the time and explaining it to me. That should make things easier, and I'll try my best but I'm not making any promises. ;)
Wow 25 years... I had no idea. I really enjoyed this song! No kidding they became famous. Hmmm, I'll check out the volume for future videos. Thank you for the suggestion.
Yesss! I found the moment you called Richard a vampire the first time :-D
LoL! The vampire lore is 2 years old??? Jeez... Thank you for finding it! :D
I think he's got smoke coming from his mouth because he was swinging fireworks which create a lot of it :)
Yeah, it makes sense.
They are a MACHINE! The rythm section...crushing riffs and of course Till ..great reaction

I really enjoyed this song. The energy behind it is awesome!
I wanted to go back to your first reactions to Rammstein, and then I found the video where you called Richard a vampire for the first time🤣🤣🤣
LoL! :D
Dude, your reactions are great, you got a lot of life experience and you know stuff, that's rare for reactors..
Great reaction. I love your style.
Thank you for watching!

@@MiyuMedia Yeah someone mentioned the Doom game and the instruments. It's an interesting story. ;) Thank you for watching!
Great reaction man, Flakke on keyboards hates standing still, he has been known to run back to hotel after concerts thanks 🙏
Running back to the hotel? Really? LoL! Either way, having a treadmill at synths is such an original idea. It adds to the show.
The treadmill is because flake likes to run around,he has it at every Concert
so dangerous 🤣
It's good, he stays in shape! LoL!

Rammstein made a movie out of the Paris Concert,i think it actually was in 2013, the movie premier was in a cinema at 2017

Aaaah, that makes sense.
Yeah, the Paris and MSG shows look like absolute madness! Must have been quite the experience.
"Live in Paris" filmed by 30 Cameras!!
There were up to 70 cameras, there is a Making of Rammstein: Paris in 3 parts. The video was cut from 2 concerts and the dress rehearsal
cool
Hello!! React to Oomph! (inspiration band of Rammstein). Songs like "Unsere rettung" "Aungen auf" o the last songs like "In namen des vaters"
I'll see what I can do.

you did quite good on that german sentence - only the last word was wrong, it´s plain s, not sh :-)
Aaaaah thank you. So at the beginning of words the "S" stays as an "S"? It only becomes "sh" in the middle of words? Or it varies on a word by word basis.
@@xsezz well, it differs. s is mostly just s and sch is sh. but s in front of a t like in stein is sh, too.

One of the first songs of Rammstein over 25 years ago. Your reactions are very good but the volume of your videos is a little low

sorry, your voice is too loud for the video!
