my tool box looks just like that
so what happens when a mechanic gets fired, do they leave pushing the toolbox out the door with them?

@durangodave well 1 guy I bought his tools so I think he'd leave them. The other guy just has a Dewalt bag and uses my old tool box.
we call those water pump pliers, i guess you could call them adjustable pliers.
Channel locks I think are the original name

Those long, screw-adjusted pliers are commonly called "Swedish-pattern pipe wrenches".
100k? I dunno about that. My brother's tool box is messy like that and it would drive me nuts, lol.
Probably is.. That one wrench set in his cart is almost 3k alone.
Just the sockets alone here in Australia would be 10k on set if screwdrivers is 1k so not to mention the toolbox
