That was a GREAT comment to read, Clara! Thank you! Always try to shoot for that in the videos. Just returning from a super National Park trip to New Mexico.
Because of your video, my husband and I visited Natural Bridges today. We travel through Blanding, Utah, several times a year but always feel the need to hurry through the area. Thanks for inspiring us to take the time to go a few miles out of our way to see some of the most beautiful scenery Utah has to offer. And the hiking trails...so fun!!
Hey Randy, late to this video. Not sure if you will see this but it might be informative to other viewers. A natural bridge is an arch. Arches are broken into 7 types, one being a natural bridge. Any arch that is formed by a flowing body of water such as a stream or river is categorized as a bridge. At Arches they are created by wind and rain erosion but here at Natural Bridges you can see a clear river channel beneath them. Hope that provides some clarity. Thanks for all of these wonderful videos!
Very pretty opening. You do know. And that is why people watch. ;-) We will have to catch this one some time. We have found a few National Monuments along our travels.
Cool man we didn’t see that big arch when we were there a couple years back! You’re right you gotta hike to the bottom. Cold, tired and starving! Fun video Randy!
One of my favorite places in our country: southern Utah! It's been too long so I need to get back to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Arches, etc. I've done the Angel's Landing hike and natural bridges nat'l monument as well. I recently discovered your channel and have been thoroughly enjoying your high-quality videos of various parks and monuments. Thanks and God Bless!
Hey, thanks so much! Your remarks were very encouraging! Totally agree - of all the Parks I've visited it is tough to beat Southern Utah! Hope you can get back and have a super weekend!
Randy, thank your for taking us along on this hike! (Hey . . . isn’t that the RUclips guy?) I guess Utah does not disappoint. I like that you always show the sign (and include the bloopers), often get a clip of the ranger (perfect) and show us a challenging hike! You really showed your film directing skill in this one! Love the comedy, . . . Mike
Very nice video and great information, I will have to check it out in the not so distant future. The couple that called you out 6:04, the man looks very close to Ben Horn one of the best Landscape photographer around with specialty in Large Format. I also know that part of the country is one of his favorite areas. Most likely not him, but he sure is very close to his look.
@@AmericasParks Would not be Ben just very close, Ben is based out of Sand Diego, not sure if you are familiar with him or not, if not may want to check out his YT, it is Ben Horne and he is always in that area doing long hikes and shooting large format outstanding Photography using a 8X10 traditional.
Soory for the confusion! Lol! Yes, Arches NP is one of the Best! This place is only a "monument" but it offers some impressive sights! Thanks for watching!
hahaha we've been those people at the Ranger desk// sadly in death Valley we are usually far more experienced than the average ranger, only a few of them stay more than a year. FANTASTIC video Roxana and i were really excited to watch this as we only got to Bridges just as it was getting dark and did not get the best look around, thanks for these awesome views of the bridges!
Cool-looking place--I need to get to that one sometime. In case no one mentioned it, the difference between an "arch" and a "bridge" is their main cause of formation. Arches are primarily caused by wind and freezing/thawing that cause cracks in the rock, while bridges are formed by running water that carves a hole into the rock. Having said that, unless there's flowing water going through one, yeah, they all look similar to me. :)
Maybe you could be a honorary park ranger Randy! 😃 We really like this National Monument. Agree with you, the natural bridges don't seem so impressive from above but they are impressive from below. RUclips celebrity here! 😎 Feeling bad for this poor guys you left behind 😉😂
That would be great! Yeah, Andrew finally caught up to us a few days later! Lol! Presently "enjoying" a four hour lay-over in Denver. New Mexico was great! Thanks for your tips!
Always fun once I can’t say a particular word, then I can’t say it for about an hour 😂 The hike looked amazing - the colors in the bridge were so interesting. Once again, awesome editing!
Nice hike Randy and cloudy, overcast and the threat of rain, you sure you are not in the UK lol. I notice you always say "All drone footage outside the national Park" Are you not allowed to fly it inside the park? The natural bridges (arch) were awesome, not sure I would fancy standing underneath them mind. Cheers Alan
Hi Alan! Yes, flying a drone is illegal in all US National Parks. Just be be on the safe side, I make it real clear in the videos that it was flown outside the Park. Thank you for watching and commenting with verbiage as only and Englishman can! :)
Awesome way to start off the video with the drone flying away from you like that. Let me ask you a question, did anybody ever give you a hard time or accuse you of flying a drone in a National Park? Just out of curiosity because you're always very adamant about letting the viewers know that it was filmed outside the parks. I've been to Natural Bridges before and I did the exact same thing you guys did and hiked down to the bottom of all 3 are bridges. Really a great park out in the middle of nowhere. You're almost at 5000 subscribers and that's quite a feat! Awesome video and keep up the good work my friend.
Hey Eric, just returned from New Mexico. Nice to hit a series of new places! As for the drone shots - just want to follow the rules. Doesn't look good to be a Park-lover (and Christian) and then intentionally break the rules and post the video! :) It really troubled me that one guy gave me a hard time in the comment section when I clearly put in the disclaimer that the drone was flown "outside the park." Some people just do not read! Hence the reason I've listed it now multiple times.
When I am not going to national parks I always wish I was, watching your videos make me feel like I am right there!!!!!! Thank you.
That was a GREAT comment to read, Clara! Thank you! Always try to shoot for that in the videos. Just returning from a super National Park trip to New Mexico.
...also just "pinned" your comment! 😀
Wish more people know about your videos and subscribe to your channel. America is beautiful. Hope I can travel to all these national parks one day.
That's really nice of you to say that, Melanie! Thank you and I too hope you can experience these amazing places in our amazing country yourself!

Hey Lori, that is really great to hear! Glad to learn you had a nice time there and thanks so much for sharing that!
Very cool place. We will make sure and hike down to the bridges when we finally make it there!!
Absolutely! Hike down to all 3 arches if you have the time!
I think I would have to hike down to those arches! You really did get a sense of how big they were that way - plus the trail seemed super interesting!
Thanks, Josh! We only had about 2-3 hours there, but made the most of it.
Beautiful color in those stones/mountains and great drone shots!!
Thanks! We had such a fabulous time in Southern Utah. Enjoy your day!
Love the creativity! We haven't been to this one yet. We could visit southern Utah for years and never see it all!
Right on! One of my favorite locations! Hope you guys have a great weekend!
Such amazing footage. What a beautiful place to hike.
Thanks, Julie look forward to seeing you soon! 😀

Hey James, really appreciated the kind and informative insight! Learned something new today. Have a great week!
That one is off the beaten path, not as bad as Great Basin but definitely not easy to get to. Nice job!
Hey Patrick! We were at Bear's Ears so the drive to NB wasn't too bad. Hope you are doing well, my friend!
So beautiful place!
Thanks for your upload.
I hope I can travel there someday.
Big Like 50.
Have a great weekend.👍👍
One of my favorite USA National Park locations. Thank you!
Cool place and great video. I like that jumping shoot. Tim’s right, 2nd jump was better!
I still think the first one had better "form." Thanks for the comment!
Very pretty opening. You do know. And that is why people watch. ;-) We will have to catch this one some time. We have found a few National Monuments along our travels.
Thanks, Kay! Hope you and Matt are doing well. Just returning from a New Mexico trip with Kayla. Four hour layover in Denver 😕.
Cool man we didn’t see that big arch when we were there a couple years back! You’re right you gotta hike to the bottom. Cold, tired and starving! Fun video Randy!
My man! How you guys been? Only had time for one of the arch hikes, but it was awesome! Thanks for watching!
We’ve been good!! Busy summer for us! Take care man!

You had me cracking up trying to pronounce the name of the park. Another great video my friend.
I'm sure you know the feeling all to well! :) Enjoy your weekend, my friend!
Another great video thanks for taking us along!
Really appreciate that!

Encouraging one, Mike! Thank you!
Awesome National Monument, you all had a great hike! Amazing views of the bridge too😎👍
Thanks, Simon! Wish we had more time, but made the most of the 2-3 hours were were there!

Thanks for the comment! Interesting resemblance. All I remember was that the young couple was from Philadelphia.
That Southern Utah area is just "loaded" with great National Parks!

Great drone footage . . . enjoyed comedic end with Andrew chasing you guys down the road!
Fun time with those great guys! Thanks for the kind words, Rich!
I was expecting this video to be of Arches national Park, but this is pretty good as well. I do not think I have heard of this one before. Nice!
Soory for the confusion! Lol! Yes, Arches NP is one of the Best! This place is only a "monument" but it offers some impressive sights! Thanks for watching!

Thanks so much! Presently "enjoying" a four hour lay-over in Denver. Northcentral New Mexico was incredible. Have you guys ever been out there?
@@AmericasParks only been thru a little bit of southern NM, sorry about your "fun" layover but wow looking forward to some awesome vids!!
Dude... always cool quality videos and editing. I'll be in Moab, Utah in October if your group needs a class clown... I fit that bill...
Great comment, thanks! May need to take you up on that, but with me along two class clowns might be too much! Lol!

Hey, thanks so much, Rick! You know, in all my NP trips, that's the fist I've heard anyone clearly articulate the difference. Always learning!

I nominate Tim to direct all filming from here on out, that was an amazing leap he got out of you!
Lol! Personally thought the first one was better in the "form" category!
Always fun once I can’t say a particular word, then I can’t say it for about an hour 😂
The hike looked amazing - the colors in the bridge were so interesting.
Once again, awesome editing!
Lol! Thanks, Heather! "Enjoying" a 4 hour lay-over in Denver. New Mexico was a blast!
Reminds me of coach kyle whittingham of the utah utes football team
Had to look that one up! Yeah, think I see the resemblance. :) Thanks for joining us, Brian!

Been planning to go there but been lazy lately brother randy. 😂 nice video.
Hope you can make it happen, Randy! So many close NP's in the southern UT area. The Park is a nice half or full-day visit.
it seems summer hasn't reached utah yet?
So true! High elevations. Always freeze when I am there! Thanks for watching!

Wait for Andrew!!!! hahah
Thankfully he caught up with us a few days later!
Andrew almost didn't make it home!!
That was a sweet ending! Good times. Looking to get Zion up next.

Thanks, good representation of emojis!
