I`m finding Geology more fascinating now with all the sciencie vids I watch. I love all the ologies but knowing what and how the landscape evolved over hundreds of millions of years, fascinating! I mean, trying to wrap your head around such long expanses of time and conditions that are literally written in, or as stone.
I had always wondered about the formation of the arches, the water from melting glaciers helped me understand the quantity needed to form so many of those features in the West. Thank you for the lesson Professor!
Oh, man - I was just there in early April - and I've heard the rangers there give a presentation that describes what you have just presented. Thank you so much for the clarity and the diagrams.
