I have a Ricoma S8 series machine and had a needle break. I've removed the broken needle, but when it stitches the bobbin thread breaks, but the machine carries on. I've cleaned and oiled it, but nothing I do sorts it. It was stitching fine before this happened. Any suggestions please?

Where is the video on "How to forward and rewind an embroidery job"? Had an error with the bobbin running out. There is a gap between the stitches now. I held down the stop button, but the needle didn't move, only the thread. Thank you!

How about adding "Communications Timeout, Check the Connection!" Error. I see this on Ricoma Connect a lot with no help to fixing this Error

This is called a false thread break. Your thread break sensor is either misaligned, dusty, or broken.

I have problem in my ricoma it seems to be power issue.. Machine turns off on its own for like 10 seconds and then restart.. Very annoying
