Ennard doesn't leave Mike because of the disagreement, Ennard leaves because Mike's body is too damaged and decayed so they leave then after a long while they have the disagreement

Actually enard was formed by the spirits of foxy freddy Bonnie and chica but the way the fun times where made was because William afton melted the original FNAF 1 animatronics
