I love the M2C wide kit with the backflips. Those tires are incredible, light and super durable. You are one hell of an excellent driver, awesome bashing

Monster video brother Rich😉👊 as always you made a crazy run, that Sledge is really a monster, the kraton xl is no joke either💪💪 Nice video bud, good bash 😁

@@richduperbash2966 wow really good, i can't wait to see more videos on this beast, my friend also has the sledge, now i convince him to convert it so haha 👊👊😁😁💪💪🚀🚀
Killer rip with both the XL‘s brother. The JACKHAMMR is definitely a great handling planted car. I haven’t tried one of those perfect pass servos yet I’ll have to give it a try some point.
Thanks so much Brother David 🤗. The Jackhammr definitely has a different feel from Orange Darling, but both are awesome 😱!!! Super planted and forgiving. The PP Monster servos have so much power and fine control. Mine have been rock solid so far. 🍻😎💪👊👊

Mitch and Avery pull off some wizardry trick off their sleeves with this one. Absolutely gorgeous and amazing kit to drive. The machete body looks Badass on it too. Another awesome session brother.
Thanks so very much Brother Chris 😱!!! Orange Darling is such a reliable full speed ripper 🚀🚀. She's definitely lighter and more agile than the Jackhammr, but Jackie is undeniably fast and fun too 🥰. Mitch and Avery have become the ultimate father/son upgrade Wizards genius duo. Truly appreciate it Brother 🍻🤙🤙😎💪👊👊
That yellow and black outcast 8s is looking sexy : ). Great times as always bro. I drove Victors kraton xl love it. Very tempting build. We got morning bashes for a while with this heat. Thanks for all the coaching you've done for us. Without you we wouldn't be sending them as high as we do! It's time to build another ramp. Just beautiful! I keep thinking of fully beefcaking my kraton exb to a xl M2C monster. Was on the fence about the sledge xl and I think I’m staying that way. All my rigs are Arrmas , I guess I’m a little biased. As always thanks for all you do!
Thanks so much Daniel 🤗. ARRMA is still my favorite basher no question 😍. So versatile, interchangeable, and loaded with aftermarket options. Definitely consider the Kraton XL beefcake M2C path. Such a fantastic handling, fast and durable option 🥰
Hey Rich, you said you are running the m2c shock pistons in the sledge shocks and different aluminum shock caps. Are the shock caps the m2c emulsion style ones and are they a direct fit from the Arrma 6s shocks? Also are the pistons and shock caps a direct fit for the Maxx V2? One more thing, when you put the 4s backflip tires on the 3s granite and bigrock, is all you have to do is switch the wheel hexes to the 4s ones?
Hey Brother 🤗. I'm running the M2C S series (Sledge) caps and pistons. All M2C caps are emulsion style (bladderless). Don't recall if they fit the Maxx or ARRMA 6s, but think the thread is different. The shock body sizes and piston diameters are close. The 4s Backflips are too big for the Big Rock and Granite in my opinion. You could switch to 17mm hexes and fit them, but unless you swap to 4s arms, links, CVDs, and axels you're not gonna have good wheel to body clearance particularly up front when turning. I wouldn't advise going bigger than Proline MX28's with the Big Rock or Granite. You can swap for Typhon 3s hexes and axels. They're already 17mm. 🍻
@@richduperbash2966 What kind of tires are you running on your 3s Granite and Big rock rigs? I thought they were backflips but I must be mistaken. Also, what type of shock setup do you have on the Granite and Big Rock? I am trying to dial in my 3s rigs but I am unsure how to fully do this.

So sick dude! I’m gonna have to build another sledge. I think I’m gonna go with a 1650kv this time. I’m having trouble with my max 6 shutting off after like 5 minutes. I think maybe it’s getting too hot but I’m only running 15/50 gears it’s not that crazy. The max 8 ran the same gears and never shut off but this max 6 doesn’t like it. I ordered a better fan that I can plug into mikes voltage regulator because I’ve got the regulator hard wired into the car. The 2200 kv with those gears just isn’t enough and it’s shutting off all the damn time. Anyways thanks for the vid dude. We’ll have to bash down at the lake one of these days I think it would be a good time hanging out with the rc goat 😄
Thank you Brother 🤗. Can't wait for the water level to drop again at the lake. Miss all the open space to rip out there. You shouldn't need any voltage regulator with the Hobbywing ESC's. The 1650kv is far better suited for these heavier rigs. I'd save the 2200 for a Typhon or other buggy. 🍻
@@richduperbash2966 yeah I think you’re right. I don’t really like this 2250 motor all that much. Appreciate it my friend looking forward to the next video. You’re the best in the business for sure
Yesterday I was playing with my Kraton 6s and my Kawasaki KX450F dirtbike on my steel FMX ramps and FMX big airbag landing ramps at 107ft apart like I always do with my dirtbike. I first did a few jumps on my dirtbike to clock the speed and i am going no more than 34mph at the top of the ramp and cleared it Then I tried my Kraton 6s at the same speed and it didn't even get halfway. I have to hit it almost full throttle to clear with my 6s Kraton. I thought cause it was lighter than my dirtbike it would go farther at the same speed. I'm so confused. I ain't that smart either so that's not surprising, lol. I wonder if the KRaton 8s will go farther than the 6s at the same speed cause it's heavier? What is your experience between the 2 when jumping? I'm afraid to jump my 8s on the FMX ramp and not make the landing and destroy it. It's all M2C'd out but i usually just hit BMX jumps with it. Do you think it will get farther or come up even shorter at the same speed as the Kraton 6s? Thanks, bro. You keep crushing it with your lit builds and airtime.
This is super interesting Brother 🤗. I too did big gap jumps on my dirt bikes back in the day. It's hard to explain the jump difference going the same speeds, but mass and suspension certainly play a big role as well as forward momentum and rotational mass/wheel diameter. Dirt bikes can launch far with little run up and what seems like marginal speeds. However, the spring effect from long travel suspension coupled with a blip of throttle and large wheels might explain the distance difference between the bike and RC. The K8s would probably jump further at the same speed (then the 6s) given the extra mass and wheel diameter. It's got increased ability to maintain forward momentum, even more so with the dirt bike. Don't be afraid to test the 8s. She does great if you square up and land on all 4's. Just be mindful of her extra width and hit the FMX ramp in the center. Don't want to shave a steel ramp with Big Girl 😱🚀🚀

Traxxas is a mediocre at best company who likes to steal innovations while simultaneously patenting what others invented.
