As someone who's been a fan since the Infinite Death/The Adversary era it was one of the saddest things learning that Lee was departing the band. However, one simply can not deny the sheer calibre of Jesse's skills
@@DeadlyKnot Lee couldnt even play their stuff tight live. He recorded music above his ability. Jesse is an absolute beast that can manage to play everything of theirs live! Hat is off to him!
I agree, that´s the part that stood out the most when i first listen to this song, If you listen the groove out of context, it sounds like sth David Garibaldi himself would play, it is so funky, and somehow fits so well with this heavy ass riff, really cool stuff!!
The groove / elephant march at 3:50 is what first really got my attention on this song. Glad to see Jesse adding a little more flavor and still keeping everything sounding bleak af.
Incredible drummer. I saw Jesse play in Sydney around the time he just joined Thy Art, I was blown away by how incredible he was. He didn't miss a beat and his dynamical consistency throughout the entire set was immaculate.
The boys are the best, everyone of them a master at their arts. One thing I love Jesses style for and the power behind it all, is his posture. Ultimate fucking power behind the kit and it’s just insane. Love this guy man, he’s absolutely killing the throne here. Love you TAIM! See you in Birmingham!🖤
Yknow, I’ve noticed ever since they picked up Jesse Beahler, it’s like the sound changed. It genuinely sounds like he has a massive impact on the writing process, and the recent TAIM album sounded a lot more dynamic.
The thing with Jesse is that he plays it with power, many relies on triggers no matter if its hands or fits but you can tell this feels quite organic. Always has been fan since he joined the band!
This dude! This dude just did some shit with drums that you rarely see humans so capable of. Only getting better as time goes on too! Inspirational is putting it mildly. 🖤🥁👊🤘
I wonder why when bands record a new album they don't use the recording session to also film a play through like this one? I've only recorded one album before, but I would think killing two birds with one stone would be something every band would try to do since content is king in the digital age. Anways, awesome video and excellent drum audio!

could anyone tell me the name of the hand technique when he plays blastbeates, please? I mean that technique which is looks like double stroke roll, but sounds like single strokes with the correct gap between the notes
This man knows what he is doing
Wouldn't it be funnier if he didn't know what he was doing and ended up playing all the sickest shit
“Esse mano tem o molho” em PT-BR 😅
Yes.
Excellent taste in drums I must say that brass snare 🤯
TAMA-METAL-BEST
He has my vote

Very well said. Dude is killing it no doubt. 🤘
@@satricon let’s see you rip 32nd notes all over the world. Shits crazy at those tempos bratha
2:20 that is a groove if I have ever seen one, that was the most satisfying thing I have seen a drummer do in a while
‘Tis indeed a tasty part

some Eloy Casagrande sauce in that groove
@@michaelhubbard5013 dude elephant march is the perfect description that part... And it is also my favorite part
Jesse is the epitome of a beast. His technique, dynamics and groove are all of the supreme calibre man, he fuckin rips
