Hats off to my huge friend here. It's actually very difficult to add muscle and mass when you're very tall like that. I remember Ralf Mohler, who is 7 feet tall, explaining this on his efforts in body building.

As a former 6”3 skinny guy I can tell you it takes so much more work the taller you are, the nutrition is the hardest part wayyyyy too much food than we want
Fr its impossible to gain weight
He was facing that problem too. He has now his own meal company and his meals are atleast 45gr of protein and about 600kcal per portion. Its in the most supermarkets in the Netherlands.
Meanwhile I need to restrain myself so hard to not overeat at 6'6 so that I'm not a fat fuck

I'm 2,02m tall. A 'bit' smaller than the Dutch Giant. At the moment I'm about 80kg but I want to have a similar physique as him. This really motivated me. Wish me luck guys, in a few years I will make it
Edit: First Update in March 2023. I'm at 90kg now (got sick in the meantime and lost some weight again)
Second Update: August 2023. 95kg, might lose some weight again as I'll join the military for a year (training for reservist)

Sounds like maybe you're a little giga jealous of him.
Despite all the jokes, albeit a bit funny, I think this is still motivational. It makes you want to be a good person and light up people's day. It's easy to be the bully when you literally tower over others, or easy just in general. But you can choose to be good to everyone and to yourself. That's the real motivation here.
