Rob Berrie, eloquently stated!!! I am so happy our boy True found this and shared it with this old woman. That song has been one of my earliest favorite songs as a very very young child born in the early 60's. Music was my hiding place and where I grew up. Without music, I don't know how I would have survived my whole life. Thanks to simple notes, a beat, and words, we all have been given gifts that just keep coming and last forever once written and recorded....Our parents had a much smaller playlist than have at age 60. Last I looked, my playlist topped out at over 13,000 songs from over 300 artists, and that isn't every song from each artist, just the highlights, and thanks to the younger generation and other very eclectic music lovers out there, I add to it on a daily basis. Guess this old woman is as eclectic as I am eccentric and🎼🎵🎶 OH LORD, PLEASE DON;T LET ME BE MISUNDERSTOOD 🎤🎧📻🎸🎹🎺🪘🎙🎶🎵

@@debramuscato2417 yo Debra... im 57, back in the day we only heard what was on limited radio. I got to expand my horizons by listening to what other people liked and going to Irish fests. Im so happy my wife talked me into a spotify account. This old man is eclectic too, I expanded to bagpipe rock( bags of rock) , mongolian throat metal (Hu) and classics covered by different genres ( metalica, done well by a reggae group). I hope you look into Tooblunt's other videos and he has a Queen playlist. When words fail, music speaks, just sayen...

I've seen a lot of different clips of Eric Burdon singing this song it's so interesting because he changes how he sings it so you always get a different version of the song instead of him singing it exactly like it is in the original every single time he tries to sing it different ways too I can tell he's been singing it for years so he's always re-doing it and trying it different ways but my favorite is always the original because it's just INCREDIBLE to hear someone that young be able to sing like that but you expect it from an older experienced singer so I'm not as surprised when I see older Eric singing like that but young Eric it's a shock to hear that voice coming out of that baby face lol 🤣

Thanks so much for doing this! I have never heard this performance and this song was absolutely one of my favorites as a teen in the 60’s. Love love love this! I am one of your Queenies but loved the music from the “British Invasion” beginning with the Beatles in the sixties! So fun to watch you enjoy the music from the best era of music (my opinion of course).

If you like great blues guitarists, you need to check out Jeff Healey performing "See the Light." Not only was he a master of the strings, he was extra special as he lost his eyesight at age one, but was able to teach himself how to play the guitar, and by the time he was in his late teens, was considered one of the best blues guitarists out there. Such an inspirational story that's worth diving into. (ruclips.net/video/CGpXR9qY77s/видео.html).

Hello TooBlunt, I just ran across your channel and I really love your reactions! Its great to see this music I grew up with be rediscovered by the current generations. Thank you.
I didn't know where to post this so I'll ask it here. I would LOVE to see you react to a one hundred year old song called, "Man of Constant Sorrow". Its a huge hit. But I think it will Blow your mind by the people singing it. Please please react to "Home Free" (thats the name of the band) "Man of Constant Sorrow". Its a 100% acapella band. ALL their songs are acapella. Every sound you hear in this song and the rest of their songs are made with the human mouth. It will be a whole new Genre for you and will expand your fan base. I really look forward to hearing your reaction.
Based on the songs that you have liked so far, I KNOW you will love this one :)
    Thank you very much!
