    LOVE the details about the hawkers and especially descriptions of foods. Watching from America, so what a local just recognizes...is often a mystery:P For instance...the Ngor Haing..is that a bean curd wrapper? Is this similar to a 5 spice meat roll? Thank you for the great video, I love being able to see the fantastic Hawker culture and cuisine even though I can't be there!

      Thanks for visiting. Ngor Haing is a teochew dialect for 5 spice meat roll though and is mainly used bean curd wrapper though the recipe varied.
