@@TonesBalones I was mainly joking but when you think about it, she has indeed barely ever been kidnapped, at least never by Bowser. In the original Donkey Kong, she was kidnapped and saved by Mario. In the GameBoy Donkey Kong, it starts out as a gameboy remake of the original game, but becomes something different as it goes on, implying it’s actually an extension of the original game, so technically this is still the first time, just expanded. In the GBA game, Pauline is nowhere to be seen, DK just wants a Mini Mario to himself. The DS and Wii U games I’m foggy on, but I know in at least a couple of the Mario v DK games here, at least a couple of them I’m positive that involve Pauline being kidnapped are for external reasons that are revealed at the end of the game, like a birthday party surprise or collaboration (I’ll have to re check to confirm). So basically, she has only *actually* been kidnapped and held captive once - she stayed on her own free will on other occasions with DK for external reasons. It’s also just fucking hilarious that not only is she a mayor, but she’s built like a god apparently, I dig it LOL

I think you already know this but technique is back to being great again along with high shooting for offensive characters. I've tested characters like Mario(17 shoot/22 tech), Rosalina(18 shoot/21 tech) and even Daisy and Luigi (both with 16 shoot/21 tech with the Barrel gauntlets combine with cannon and trick gears), they're are capable of score more frequently from an open long-range shots or lob pass shots.
While shooting may not be necessary to Her, it's still important for her to have some sort of high stat that'll basically make her a demon Mario or Rosalina. That's why I upgraded shooting so high in her because unlike Bowser, Rosalina, Mario or Waluigi, she basically can just outclass Bowser with her insane shooting. Yoshi already does that better but Pauline in my opinion, combined with Yoshi literally makes her a menace

I haven't played with her yet but it looks like the one thing Waluigi still has over her is his massive tackle area since he kicks his feet out helicopter style whereas Pauline slides like Peach.
I ended up making her into another Speed Bowser with 20 strength, 17 speed, and 16 shooting using the Cannon Visor, Knight Gauntlets, Cannon Plate, and Cannon Boots. I know it's not optimal, but I like using this build.
After Diddy Kong I'd like to see some update builds since now the barrel armor is out I'd think maybe it could be good for Yoshi and Luigi, so i just really want to see update build for the characters that could really benefit from the Barrel gear (Side note good luck w/ Sploon)
This tbh - the meta has changed a lot since the original videos, so even if it’s just one long video with one updated recommended build for each character, that would be great.
Hey tones , I disagree with you when u say pauline won’t be scoring a lot of goals, tbh my pauline has 6 shot but csn score taps and crosses like nothing , all you need to score in this game is pass and speed shooting is a borderline useless stat

I literally made the last build when I was working with pauline, long before watching the video. Just goes to show how broken it was
I use both with Rosalina, because I am really bad at this game. Those two walls keep the damage somewhat manageable...
This kinda puts Waluigi to shame, last week I beat Galactic Mode just before this update. Both Pauline & Waluigi are defensive monsters.
