Nail polish remover with acetone, Mr super clear for a sealant, dry pastels for blushing and acrylic paint (the slightly thicker kind) and some skinny paint brushes

You can use old doll and erase it with nail polish remover and try again 👍 or you can start smaller and maybe repaint just the mouth or try drawing a really tiny face on paper and see how that goes 👍
