I find it fascinating the stuff you choose to look at...and buy😊 Completely different to what I would choose. Just shows you...theres enough "stuff" out there for everyone.
What cart do you use please and how much was it? I'm using a 2 wheel trolley at the mo and need more carry room, my arms were 2 foot longer this morning 😂
Like the cash register George good luck with the shipping!! There might be a button somewhere to release cash drawer which might help unjamming it. I think those early Olympus trips have some value too
Yeah got to look into it as it would be much better if the buttons function. The Olympus trip was faulty (you can briefly see me testing out the red flag feature)
So much nostalgia for me on this-I really wanted the Sindy house when I was little! My first ever Saturday job had a till like that too and it was hard to use. Can I give you a word of warning though? When you buy really heavy things, put them in the boot not the back seat- we once had a bad car crash and rolled the car, should that ever happen to you, that till would have been thrown around the car and hit you or someone else. Just in case.
Look out for scrabble letters as crafters use the letters to make personalised gifts pictures with the letters especially occasions weddings etc especially the older letters can be worth a lot of money, Paddington bear with clothes wellies and luggage label as they are going to be bringing out a new film this year and he is also mascot for UNICEF and children in schools will be told what UNICEF is about especially with the war going on in Ukraine and the books, as children will be wanting to get one
It extremely important to do this and include it as a picture in the listing so that eBay themselves can see it if the worst case scenario happens and someone does a switch! If eBay still don't decide in your favour then you can open a fraud claim and they'll soon give you the money back
George. I'm puzzled. If Wii is £50 on e-bay and £100 on Amazon why doesn't everyone sell on Amazon? I noticed in other videos that you say certain board games fetch much more on Amazon so again why do people sell them on e-bay?
@@vinyl1Earthlink thank you so much for the information. Only been watching reseller videos for a few weeks so only just trying to get my head around how it all works. I'm finding out that there are so many other platforms Etsy Depop etc etc.. So its all a bit confusing.

What’s the best free barcode/qR code app for iPhone ? Cheers
Enjoying your videos.
I'm not a professional reseller but have picked up some good tips on what items to look out for (and what to avoid!) Thanks 👍
Thanks Jimmy! 😁👍🏻
What is the wensday boot sale is dunton open already
Oh my word, you get old Rotamint penny arcade machines at your car boot! Nice!
Ups ship up to 75kg, charging by size not weight. Might be a worth getting a quote for that cash register. Good luck.👍

Got mind from homebase a couple of years ago now for £30 in the sale 👍🏻

Cheers for the shout out, cool stuff
missed the maxell metal tapes 😮
Did you not hear how much she was asking!?
George the shoei jacket is more than likely kevlar worth more than leather, lighter and fully waterproof
That huge ET in the background @ 14:05 looked interesting.
What a spot
Very observant!
Yeah that ET is a regular at the boot sales around here as he's asking so much for it!
Think when I asked last year it was 200!
I went to my first carboot today I have so much to learn but I got a few things from 50p boxes, got to start somewhere heh.
Awesome!! Yes absolutely, that's the best way to start! 😁👍🏻
How much money did you pay for your trolley and where did you get it from?
Hey Emma, got it for only £30 from a Halfords clearance sale in 2020 when festivals and holidays were all cancelled! Think original RRP was 80
Thank you!
What is the best to get the smell of Smoke from your plastic items any tips ?
me and my dad love your videos, we were wandering where a bouts this one is?
Should have picked up the Olympus trip camera 📷
I would have but it was faulty. You can briefly see me testing the red flag mode in the video which didn't work 👍🏻

Me too - my friend had one and I was so jealous but my mum said it was way too expensive!
@@nataliekibble9091 same, I felt deprived 🤣
What brand is your bum bag
Dr martens 👍🏻😁

Some people do ask too much at carboot now. They start to figure out it’s worth more. However, you never get ebay pricing at carboot.
This boot sale is mostly house clearance and dealers so prices tend to be higher
Always ask if they have any more of what you are looking for in the van 🤙
👍🏻
Why do you take note of serial number George? If someone does a switcheroo eBay would still force you to refund.

Which bootsale was this ??? I take it was in Essex too

If you think ebay is a nightmare, you've experienced nothing compared to amazon.
people have to remember you pay tax and fees and other bill s before you get the return on what you buy
I found the prices to be very high this time. What do you say George?
Yeah this sale can be pricey!
I love the Sindy house. I still have mine, plus some furniture and also the stable/garage with horses as well.
16:00 clearly a reseller of ebayer I’d imagine 🙄🤣
thanks mate. have a great day
Nice
Careful with that one
I always pic tapes up great profit on some of them 👌🏻

Welcome back to Retro Reselling with me Eamon Holmes 🤣
🤣🤣
Nice video! Looks like Marks Tey - I was there Wednesday to! Right up your street loads of vintage antique like stalls there
Where is this car boot sale
get your self a van , load up and use as a holding space?
Not something I want to do currently whilst (trying) to save for a mortgage, petrol prices etc
7:40 You left the sealed Verbatim floppy disks behind?! :-O
They're only worth 10-£15 each? They're asking a fiver each here
@@RetroReselling £10 into £30 don't seem too bad for bread and butter? Like the VHS.
sit on the bolo and im sure your get something else ... lol

The 240min tapes have a much better value than the 180min ones
Meanwhile in north west London the car boots are still yet to open..
You walked past a potentially valuable brass footman on the stall with the cash register - worth watching out for as they can be worth hundreds.
£15 for 1 or both them chairs?
25 for both!
those maxwell metal go for 14 each
The VCR/DVD probably has a serial number sticker on the box ;)
You're right but still want to cover my back taking a picture of the number on the actual unit itself 👍🏻
Sometimes you’ll find when someone buys something new, they’ll put the old one in the new box. Had that happen before
