When I was a little kid, we had a neighbor who stared at us through a knothole in the fence...one day my 3 year old brother poked a stick through the hole and she wanted to sue...judge told her he was gonna arrest her for being a peeping tom LOL!
Actually, I'd be pretty pissed at someone racing their car through the neighbourhood as well. I don't think it's justified that he's called a Karen. It's dangerous in a residential area where there might be kids or animals or elderly people. Hoon driving is stupid.

Was living in a condo back in the day and there was a seemingly professional young couple in the unit below us. Started to notice they were a little odd. They would pull into the garage and if you waived at them they'd just close the garage. The front doors in this complex had little windows in them at the top and I noticed they covered theirs with something so people could not see in (there was no foot traffic near their door). Then there was an incident when I has letting the kids play in the common area next to the condo and as I turned around I caught of glimpse of one of them peeking under the blinds in their window. What made this particularly odd was that the window was only 2-2.5 ft from the floor (our unit was identical) and so they had to be on there knees to look out the bottom of the blinds.

I most recently got one of them. I had been living here for 4 years and been real good friends with my next door neighbor not hanging out just exchanging stuff and talking every now and then. I'm such a hard worker like always so the other day I went out to clean up some weeds along the fence And what did I find about 80 cigarettes she had been tossing over no the wind did not blow them it is impossible for the wind to blow them in this specific place. Long was a broken ipad and a pair of underwear which were clearly her Granddaughters same size., But anyway yeah she'd been throwing her trash over to my side before it was the dog feces so it's hurtful when you think you've got to know someone good and they'd turn up you Out of nowhere.

Party of mixed age people clean and decent looking. Probably a graduation or something innocent. Living in a neighborhood isn’t silent and it may not have been late. Yes after 10 pm or even going on for an hr is not good. May have been a little while before 10 and a normal crowd of friends or co workers or family. People need to be more tolerant. Covid separated and isolated us and it sure wasn’t fun.
