    Great video. It's good to see strategies applied to individual stocks at their current conditions. I'd like to know how you would trade NVDA. Thank you!

    Hi Davis, I like the call debit spread on GME. Can you take a look at SOFI? Which strategy you think is good to work with?

    thats right, the IV for Gamestop shot up to 1000%!! I BOT 500 of gamestop at 22.50 and for the past 4 weeks, i colllected $5,000 in premium! thats insane! thanks for covering this stock Davis.

      by the way i don't recommend selling cash secure puts, buy the stock and sell covered call instead, the premium on the call side is much higher than on the put side, at least for the past month.

    love this video....I dont trade this but I love the thought process.....Id probably trade the put credit spread since there are plenty of buyers trying to catch the next ride up, to support current price range. since I always get caught with my pants down when I try to ride that train on similar stocks the put credit would be some easy premium with less risk....my conservative gamble would be the call debit.

    I'm looking at putting a LEAPS option on NKE, going to watch the unemployment numbers on Friday and reassess if it's worth it.

    Blackberry was a meme stock also, but it seems to have lost its correlation. Do you think it’s safe to trade now?

    Would you combine strategy 1 and 3 to do a risk reversal, maybe even for a credit? (sell a put and buy a call spread that's less cost than the put)

    Hi Davis, thanks for sharing on your strategies for GameStop. In your video, you mentioned about the “put skewed”on the SPY which resulted the risk reward ratio much lower than GameStop, I do not understand clearly on the “put skewed” part, is this happens to ETF stocks only ? How about any other stocks ? How this “put skewed” affect the call/put option value ?
    Many thanks in advance. 🙏

    HI Davis i have 1000 shares average cost just under 25, covered by long dated puts 325 days out at the 25 strike i bought to protect the down side and selling weekly calls to generate approximately 1000 per week the insurance i pay only cost about 10 to 15 % per week i think its a good trade off.

      @@samirrane1702 Sorry for the late reply i have been using collars for high vol stocks
      Buy the stock buy a longer dated put in the money for protection then sell a call but no lower than the protective put strike price, good to wait for an increase in the stock before you sell the call hope this helps. you minimize your downside until the stock recovers in case of a correction Try to use a delta of 60 or higher for the purchased put. hope this helps

    Im currently doing the wheel. Its a bit frustratinng because I got assigned at $29.. so im doing covered calls to recover my losses but premiums are not the highest since i meed to make the call higher than $29 to not get called away at a loss. Praying for a roaring kitty tweet lol

    • @tonny9168
      @tonny9168 Месяц назад +1

      As you pray for Roaring Kitty tweet😂, consider the following: sell long-dated options to bring in more premium, and select a strike price slightly below your cost basis. E.g. A 34 DTE strike price of 28 will bring in 250+ of premium. Yes, the strike price is below your cost basis. When the stock goes up past your strike, roll up and out the strike to a price at or above 29. I hope this helps.
