- Join me for the first day of 2024 as we have a beautiful, lucky day seeing SO MANY amazing animals, including gorillas playing around, Bruce the famous catfish, kangaroos, and soooo many more, plus some of my favorite rides including Dinosaur and Expedition Everest, and of course since it's the first day of the year, we have to have a healthy, nutritious meal at Disney World (which can be a challenge), so I share that with you as well! We also check out brand new 2024 merchandise, the festive atmosphere and it's just a perfect day, so let's kick off the New Year right! May everyone who watches this video have a Happy New Year and good luck for 2024! Love ya!
I love Animal Kingdom and you never know how the animals will interact on any given day. Like how one gorilla decided to wear a towel around his neck looking super cool.

I have a Bobbaloosa (my husband, Bob of 43 yrs) ... Love animal shows so much. Some theme parks have taken them out. So much beauty inside the Animal Park. We went about 12 yrs ago. Was kind of boring then but it sure has changed for the better ... Happy Blessings to all ...

Yayyy I usually start the new year with an Animal Kimgdom visit . Going on Sunday , can’t wait to chill with friends in the Nomad Lounge , survive Dinosaur 🦖 if we make it to escape . Cooler winter weather is the best time to visit the park .

Happy start of 2024🎉 Animal Kingdom is Wonderful 😊 ❤ Love the animals and seeing characters on the boats😊 Dinosaur is a rough very fun ride, it hurt my back riding it in 2022, but I would love to ride it again. Sadly Dinosaur will be gone when we go back in Fall 2025😢 Dinosaur is one of my favorite Dino movies. Restaurantosarous is our go to place to get a great quick delicious lunch, I'll miss that to😢 Hopefully they'll just retheme it , but still have close to the same kind of food. Enough of the sad thoughts. 2024 has gotten a great kick off so far for us to, hopefully we all will have a ok year this year😊 Thanks for all you give us. We really enjoyed and do love Animal Kingdom to. Be Safe Take Care 😊❤

I visited animal kingdom on its opening day. Thank you so much for your informed videos, I have watched every one of them. Your videos on HHN for Universal, and Sapphire Falls resort helped me plan my vacation in 2022 and for my vacation to Disney World and resorts in 12 days. Hi Jackie I just wanted to wish you a happy new year 🥳,, I can’t believe it’s a new beginning to 2024 I hope this year gives you so much joy & happiness,,, I do think starting the year at Animal Kingdom is the most wonderful to spend the new year ❄️✨🎄,, it really gives a positive vibes,, the tree of life is one of favourite landmarks it’s so pretty also I’m really glad the Christmas tree is still up,, you can spend Christmas a bit longer 🥰✨❄️
I'm tired of trying to be better. This year I'm expecting the year to be better.
Silverback in gorilla terms means the male leader of the troop. It usually refers to the oldest male that took the spot. The silver hair is the sure sign of ascending to the leader role. Most younger male gorillas act as sentries or guards depending on their place in the troop. There is always two an alpha which is the oldest and strongest male and the beta which is a second in command usually followed by their mates which should be close. We know this from scientists in the field living directly in a troop.
Ah the cm told me the 9 year old would be a silver back so maybe he’s the one who will be leader. The current silverback I think they said has 3 mates right now!

Animal Kingdom is my favourite Disney Park. Its more about the Themeing than attractions but the attractions are also some of my favourites.
