Yes, l live in Australia and have watched and enjoyed every opening ceremony since they started broadcasting it up till this one. I set the alarm for 2.45am our time to make a coffee for a 3 o’clock start. An boy was l flaming disappointed, that’s five hours of wasted sleep that l will never get back, so if that the best they can do well no wonder they have all the riots and terrorist acts like they did that day with the subway lines cut and having more police in the city than any other country that has held these games. They once had a beautiful city but crap they showed was enough to revolt any tourist thinking of visiting, Paris has fallen once again and the adults in the room have once again allowed it. France is a weak country governed by weak leaders and officials. So like you guys l am boycotted these games and won’t even watch the repeat they will show in the daytime and in the first time since it began l will not watch the closing ceremony. Sadly l won’t get to see the amazing athletes that these games were originally invented for but that’s the price l am willing will to pay to show my horror at that farce of an opening performance because it was no ceremony that anyone in their right mind could enjoy.
