hi mari, missed seeing your reactions! i hadnt seen any of your notifications in a while.
i think when mhok gave day the picture with the fixed frame and told him “if you want to keep it handle it with care, so when you want to look at it you dont cut yourself” he was referring partially to his sister as well.
he clearly still has a lot of regrets and still blames himself to an extent. that scene felt more like him telling day that but also telling himself “if you want to keep the people you love, treat them well, so when you want to be with them again you wont get hurt”
i may be overthinking the scene, but the fact that he immediately said that after opening up to day about his sister made me think this.
also, the ending scene was so difficult to watch. comforting the man you love while he’s heartbroken over someone else… thats gotta hurt.
ps : i love porjai and mhok’s friendship. porjai knows whats up and she’s living for it!

Oh, I really like that! You're not overthinking at all, in my opinion. I didn't think of that when I was watching - I was caught up in Day and August and also my own unresolved issues - but it makes perfect sense. I really do hope we get to see Mork heal. I hope he can open up about everything to Day and that Day can help him through it 🥺
Porjai is just the best!! I adore her friendship with Mork and I'm sure she and Day will be great friends someday too ☺️

I think it was the right thing for August to leave when he did (not fully, he could had at least send a text or call to apologize once he was outside) because like that it would be the second time they met in a year and also Day was telling that only to Mhok and he was a little bit drunk so it would be best if they had that conversation another time
BUT ONE THING THAT MAKES CURIOUS IS..that despite being so late August still showed up in a way like he knew that was high chance that Day would still be there waiting for him which is something combine with what Day said about always being the one having to making it up, that we can perhaps get a glimpse of their relationship
This of August kind of knowing that Day would still be there waiting for him, could be almost a parallel to Mhok and Day learning that we don't have all the time we thought we would have with our loved ones (Mhok thinking that he could makes False Rice to Rung someday, Day thinking that he would have all the time to play with August - also maybe thinking that he had more time to confessed his feelings when he was ready) so maybe that's August arc as well, learning that he needed to look around and appreciate more the time that he had before it was too late

Hmm, interesting thought! It does make sense. I mean, I feel like most people, if they're that late, would just assume that whoever they're meeting has long gone home. So the fact that he still showed might mean he knew there was a high chance of Day still being there, like you said 🤔 I really don't know what to make of their relationship so far. I don't know what to make of August so far! But I'm intrigued.
Before, no matter what he did, Day would always be there waiting for him, willing to compromise, to apologize. But things are different now with Mork in the picture. So he might just learn he can't take people for granted, after all.

I really enjoy your reactions because you are insightful and you just sit back and enjoy the show in front of you while many of them want to just make noise over the drama. Plus, I think you are spot on in most of the instances when you comment. I think he was going to confess also and I also think August’s biggest fault is that he’s selfish…..and, I’m sure we are not the only ones who can’t wait for Friday! I spend the time in between watching reactions. Can’t wait until I see yours for episode 6. THIS SHOW IS AMAZING. I thought nothing could replace “TharnType,” but this one has for the reasons you sighted…..P’Aof is a genius, JimmySea are so talented and it’s the small things that make this the masterpiece it is.

I think every single one of us reacted the same way. August coming at the worst time ever lol.
I count the days as well for Friday to come.
I noticed Day had feelings since he turned around his head when August put his arm over him and how nervous he was.
The freaking fake date was all we wanted.
August attitude really pulled me off, his agressiveness. I get he felt hurt but boi chill.
We better get to see what happened to him cause boi even a text would be fine. But well.
Personally I don't think it was the best time for Mhok to confess right after what Day said. Maybe he was going to, or pretend he just wanted to give him the flower. I felt like Mhok in this episode realized his feelings for Day. Cause he tried to denied when Porjai teased him.
This episode hurt so much, but I think Day needed to move on. At least I felt like Mhok gave him some sort of courage when he shared his regrets regarding his sister. Day is still kinda stuck in the past and to me August to some extent represents that. Maybe seeing him again made him want to at least spent a day with him or even confess but well. Mhok really put all his effort and just conforted Day, despite his heart also being broken. I think Day needs to realize and understand more his feelings cause to me he is still not accepting it or it's trying not to give in for Mhok.
We didn't want the date with August but why hurt our boi like this???
August needs to have a backstory or share his thoughts for me to at least be able to understand his freaking attitude, not that'll make me like him but well. Also I need to know more about the beef with night?? This people better spill the tea soon

I really wanna know what could possibly have happened that he wouldn't even text to let Day know he was running late or wasn't gonna make it?? Cuz I kept thinking if Mork had really left then Day would have been in that place for hours and hours all alone and it's like, such a shitty thing to do to anyone, let alone a blind person 😤
Now that I think about it, I agree, it wouldn't have been the best time for a confession. I think maybe he wasn't gonna confess outright, but just giving Day the sunflower might have been a small confession of sorts - I feel like Mork has been doing that in small ways for a while now. Or maybe confession is too strong of a word, but he's definitely been showing he's interested in Day in more than a friendly kind of way. But yeah, after this EP, if he didn't know his own feelings before, he definitely does now!
And yes, I think Day is still very much hung up on his past - which is quite understandable, given how abruptly his life changed - and August is an important part of that. So he needs to confront that, and even saying out loud how he felt about August, perhaps for the first time ever, is already a big step towards moving on.
I think in the next ep we'll see Day make a choice between his past (August) and his future (Mork). I wanna believe he'll choose Mork but I'm honestly not sure at this point, he might need a little longer to realize what he wants 😅
Yeah, there's still a lot to learn about August and about Night/Day! P'AOF MY TEACUP IS EMPTY, COME ON!!
