This was my favorite film growing up. I didn’t pick up on the reason Vincent was always going to the bathroom and staying in there but this makes perfect sense.
Hum.... interesting take... made me think... isn't it amazing how after 30 years we're still analyzing this movie....30 years, Lord how time flies... enjoyed it... Peace
You missed one thing. The title of the film references what Vincent's distracting greater interest is while on ... the toilet ...and so by proxy The Toilet becomes the title of the film. Great video though putting all the rest of it together.
I think it's just something that enhances the character, he's not perfect and he doesn't have the presence of mind someone in his business needs to have to survive. Yet it all works out perfectly. As for shotguns, first they have limited capacities, five or six shells, not too different from handguns, and if they have two handguns with seven rounds each they'll take out an apartment with four mostly unarmed punks.
Tarantino in Reservoir of dogs. When he enters the toilet,, and the cops are telling a story, and when he enters they stopped there chatter and just looked at Tarantino. There by informing the audience that we’re privileged. To look and listen to his dialogue.
In his defense I think he shot Marvin on purpose. Originally his character was supposed to be Mr. Blonde from Reservoir Dogs who we know will kill people for just annoying him, even if the consequences are worse than the annoyance. Marvin definitely was annoying him in the scene before it. Even with it being Mr. Blonde’s brother now it’s not a stretch to assume whatever conditions Vic Vega had that knocked a few screws loose Vincent could have had similarly knock his loose.
You stole this practically verbatim from the You Tuber, "Movie Hidden Meaning" and his video, "Vincent Vega - Worst Killer in Cinema History" which was uploaded two years ago. Stealing another person's work is low rent and just cold.

Nevermind. You say as much at the end. Haha.
Marcellus didn’t realize that Vincent’s 3 year stay in Amsterdam robbed him of his sharp “thug” ambition!

Marcelas left the mac 10 on the counter. The heroin dealer was out of baloons. He shouldn't have left his drugs.
Video essay.
calvin candie was the most badass for me
it was an Ingram M11, A.K.A. MAC-11, not an UZI, sorry
Mac 10

Tarantino appears to be a trash human being, but great movie
He just has his own opinion, I think
