I would have backed out, too. There are a lot of unknown expenses in that mew's future, and none will be cheap. There's a reason why the price was so reasonable.

@@resnonverba137 because times and prices have changed. It‘s no longer relevant, that‘s what I meant to say. Any property now must be worth several times the paying price of when these series were made.

Maybe they need to move to the US. Seems they don’t like Scottish homes.
