An Irsh Free State penny to go with the Eire one, a New Zealand penny to go with the Australia's and a token, too. Covering all the bases with these hunts!
I like the designs of the Irish and Australian coins. What am I even saying I love all the designs 🤣. Keep it up, you always bring a smile to my face watching these.
Wasn't expecting another upload so soon, but pleased it landed! Nice variety of World coins, token, Crown Dependencies, and of course the fabulous pennies! 😁. A few more spaces completed, and getting down to the business end. Hope the pint went down well 🍺
Great video as always. I particularly like the explanations and the examples of the rarities. it makes the identification of them a lot easier than a book description. 10/10
I brought quite a few pennies home from my first trip to England including many bright BU 1964's and 1963's. I recently bought two red BU pennies, a 1901 and a 1902. Large pennies are my favourites after sovereigns.
Managed to fill a couple of gaps and some nice upgrades. Not easy now with the board so full. Always happy to see a new penny hunt from Coin Patrol. Thanks Paul.
hi Paul, didn't know myself, so googled the 3d token, it's a barbers token by Charles Parton & Son Birmingham but was also used by hairdressers in AUS / NZ & SA, couldn't find time line though, board is filling up nicely.
It's coming down to the crunch..what a collection...the upgrades..the bingo lines .. just the kn to seal the deal...😊..I am speaking to the coin gods...this collection would look nice on my wall..😁😁
Coin patrol is what started me collecting coins two months ago, I’ve now spent £1800, got 14 Whitman albums, and 104 different 50 pences. He’s got a lot to answer for.😅
Hi man ,i love your chanel and your love for this coins you know that coin collecting is not just abought gold, silver and expensive coins .I am from a small country and here i dont have many ways to buy coins just if i see them on our local site for people to post some ads and with slightly higher prices, but what can be done,i like these coins ,so i buy them when i have money ,since i am very young and currently unemployed because im still going to school I was extremely surprised when I found your channel and when I saw how you go through so many of these coins that I like to collect by date I don't know how you get so many at once it is honestly my dream to go through a bunch of coins like this and organize them in my collection, I honestly understand why you won't say how you get them, even though I admit that I would like to know. So I will at least try my hand at this prize game, if I can at least win this collection, if God willing I win, I will leave my instagram and gmail through which you can to let me know thank you for your efforts for these clips, keep it up.♥
Whew! Not sure how i missed this one earlier. Yet another good watch of a vid, and more knowledge to consolidate on old penny coins. Cheers Coin Patrol!
The Australian 1919 penny was all minted in the Melbourne mint. There are two varieties of the coin . Total mintage was 5.810 million. Dot under the bottom scroll is common but the double dot is the rare one. The double dot means one dot above top scroll and a dot under the bottom scroll. Hope this helps Glen Orr
Great, you found a 1919-H to add to the board. Liked the upgrades and constantly learning along on what to look for in these One Penny coins. Thank you.
Thanks for taking the time to create content. I sit at my desk working, listening mostly to your work. I've started collecting this year in the UK so i find the nuances very interesting. Obviously i'd also like to win your giveaway competion on your your 12th video of the 29th sept 2024 .
I found a 1928 Irish penny in my collection in mint condition , until watching your video I didn’t realise that that was the first year thanks again for your videos I’m learning so much about collecting 👍
Nice way to start my sunday morning here in the 🇺🇲 States.Always enjoy your penny hunts.Great additions to the board.I hope I look as good as Queen 👸 Victoria does at 162 years old 😀😊😅. Thanks for another great video.😊😊🎉🎉❤❤.
I would enjoy searching a large lot of pre-decimal pennies, but getting a large lot that isn't 90% 1966 and 1967 has proven difficult here in my area. I am thoroughly enjoying your penny searches. Thank you for sharing such great content.
Hi Paul your board is getting a lot fuller more bingo lines when it comes to the 1919 Australian penny I think there is about 3 or 4 varieties of them when it comes to the dot under the scrolls looking forward to your next video cheers mate. 👊🇦🇺👍🙏
So, after 4 videos there is no 1926 penny on the board. Somewhat surprised at that, I checked the mintages and realised I had forgotten there were only 4.5 million minted that year, not dissimilar from 1918 mint marked (3.5 million) and 1919 mint marked pennies (5.3 million). Thanks for making these fascinating videos - I'm already looking forward to the next episode!
Towards your pint! In 1860, you could’ve bought many with it! Great hunt as always. 😊
That's fantastic Jason, thank you 👍
Love these coin hunts, best part of coin collecting for me
