Its a director oriented movie. The story goes around the hero. Story drives you throughout. No unnecessary elements in the movie. In Papanaasam, Jeethu Joseph had slightly differed. One is he had emphasized the Tirunelveli area slang(which was not perfectly done like Vetri Maaran's asuran). In Malayalam version area slang was not given any prominance. Secondly characterisation of kamal in papa nasam. Kamal portrays Tirunelveli annachi, who is softer and feels sorry for his act at the end. But in case of Malayalam version, Jeethu protrays M.lal as ruthless and a man who will compromise on anything for the sake of his family. No doubt Jeethu is too good with D1 and D2. According to me Vetri maaran is the best director in India , currently

I came across Jeethu Joseph's first film Detective by chance. The movie surprised me..because it is a good movie written by a new director with a story and screenplay..I don't know if it was financially successful..but I told my family and my friends in 2007 that Jeethu Joseph would be the undisputed director of the Malayalam film industry in the future ..... but I was wrong ... maybe he's not Malayalam with the scene, then the world is holding his hand .... Brilliant script writer and director .. salute ...

I came across Jeethu Joseph's first film Detective by chance. The movie surprised me..because it is a good movie written by a new director with a story and screenplay..I don't know if it was financially successful..but I told my family and my friends in 2007 that Jeethu Joseph would be the undisputed director of the Malayalam film industry in the future ..... but I was wrong ... maybe he's not Malayalam with the scene, then the world is holding his hand .... Brilliant script writer and director .. salute ...
