Muraligopi(IG)was speaking with judge regarding the lack of systemic support, that means support from all departments including forensic department,police procedures(box was not sealed)lack of security vigilance etc..so the climax is logic...
You may have logic mistake in changing skeleton. But its possible in that undeveloped area. Jeethu joseph personally met police officers for clarification.

Excellent movie, script, cast and everything. But difference between part 1 and 2 is the part 1 has extraordinary twist. The part 2 is we could've guessed the twist before itself.
