Couple of minor mentions. In the PC DI corner sideswap at 6:19 you can add a 5MP before the 5HK for a little free extra damage. In the stun combos at the end its almost always more optimal to do full charge fireball straight into EX enhanced mixer rather than add the 5MP. Also (as well as the different trajectories) the medium and heavy versions of his air special do actually do more damage than the light one, so for combos like the very last one you can switch from light to heavy air special for a little extra free damage.
Weird tidbit. 2HP forces scaling when used as the first hit of a combo, similar to crouching MKs. It's for this reason that you'd rather just use 5MK instead, especially in longer routes (using meter or in the corner)

some notes, will update later 6hk does not go over throws 2hp cancels into supers and has a large cancel window, making it safe to DI the first hit is 6mp is his furthest reaching special cancel which makes it his best punish in a lot of situations if 5hk is used to whiff punish slow attacks heavy mixer can whiff, but you can use medium mixer, lvl 1 or lvl 3 instead to punish drive reversal, which is very common against Rashid, do 5mk 5hp 6hk is better than 2hp for punish counter if you bait a DP, as it allows you to go into medium cyclone or TC routes PC 5hp goes into heavy cyclone, which can combo into roll heavy mixer or roll kick OD mixer in the corner, max damage two bar DP punish and shimmy combo (2920 and 3420)
Normal Eagle Spikes may recover far away from the opponent but the recovery is absolute massive, you can consistently dash forward and throw a heavy to punish them, it's very easy to do so I really advise against using them unless you know your opponent doesn't know.
Not to mention you can literally react to getting hit with it and Drive Impact *out of blockstun* and it still hits. Honestly I don't know if it should really ever be used in neutral, it's braindead easy to punish.
"I don't want to lab any" at least you're honest lmao Another suggestion (though much shorter than that old criticism on one of your KOF videos ages ago), but you might find some point to also go over the desirability of the various attacks that you can link out of for normal and counter hit (basically mostly for oki). Or in other words point out if any of the normals you can link out of would suck if they were blocked, or if they're normally plus. I noticed that sometimes just because you can go for a link on normal hit doesn't mean the attack is great to use on block, probably because of what you can do on CH or PC with that normal instead. It mostly struck me when you mentioned it yourself in the vid in passing, though it was a thought creeping up in my head before that.
Want an anti air that hits in both sides? Just pay some extra money lol The characters that can't hit both sides with his dedicated anti air already has a good crossup anti air with jumping light punch anyway, it's true that does some shitty dmg and doesn't lead to a combo or mixup afterwards but it's not like those characters need that kind of stuff from a crossup anti air ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
One note on TC to Arabian Wind - off H you can do empty roll into medium mixer for some corner carry, and after ex you can do f+mp xx light eagle spike for a bit better oki (tho run hk into mixer is better corner carry)

In the corner, when the Opponent is an airbourne juggle state, ending a combo in L.cyclone then OD.cyclone leave he at +16 to +20. hits meatie and leave you safe from reversals. which allow you to check 5M.P into L.mixer for the extension ( and if all are block you're still +2 ). there are some execution heavy stuff in the corner for good driveless damage.
Something interesting of note that I think is worth mentioning is that if he does his air down heavy punch the moment he would otherwise land, the move hits and Rashid will land with it instead of bouncing upwards. In juggles, this causes the opponent to get put in a small ground bounce state where you can follow up with practically anything that juggles. A good cash out sequence after a dizzy that I found is fully charge tornado, ex mixer xx air special, air down hp the moment you land, forward mp xx ex cyclone, ex mixer xx air special, air down hp, level 3. The timing is super strict but I think with time these combos could see the light of day when the character gets optimized more.

I think it's probably his best super though obviously there's times where lv 1 and 3 are useful. You can ignore it and still have a good rashid though. When rashid does lv 2 in neutral I don't see a good way to avoid taking damage.

Rashid is just good ol' down home goofy old fashioned fun. I'm not good at the game at all, but when you pull off even a basic combo it feels like you're a superstar. A lot of characters in this game are like that, actually
