    I actually have that same Mpow Bluetooth receiver and never used it yet; thanks for making this video, at least now I know it was a good investment 😆

    Thank you but I was looking at the XVIVE p3d XLR because you can buy the pair for a cheaper price and I was going to try that item to stop the echo with my two ION pa speakers

    Awesome Tip. I have old Behringer Europort EPA900. Is there a Aux in adapter or module with multiple output for mic and laptop?

    • @DjMartiniMidwest
      @DjMartiniMidwest  2 года назад

      Thanks for watching and your question. Unfortunately I’m confused can you rephrase your question or issue and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. I looked up your EPA900 and it has (4) 1/4 jack / XLR mic inputs then on ch.5-8 2 RCA /1/4 jack inputs . Then on the bottom section it has 1/4 jacks and a 3.5 mm Jack … plus one RCA output. Looks like plenty room for your laptop and microphones
      Thanks

    Hey bro quick question I was looking into the xvive p3d wireless xlr bluetooth receiver for powered pa speakers and you can a pair for two pa speakers my question is will it help stop the echo effect I get from pairing both ion pa speakers

      Hey, thanks for watching and your question. Yes the Xvive p3d stereo is made for pairing two PA speakers. Alto also makes Bluetooth adapters for stereo linking . Alto is a little more expensive but works too. Thanks .

    Can you run two speakers separately using two bluetoooth

    • @DjMartiniMidwest
      @DjMartiniMidwest  Год назад

      Thanks for watching & your question. The Alto Bluetooth ultimate can link Bluetooth together for stereo. But alto mk2 and the other unit would require two Bluetooth units and two devices for two separate speakers. Thanks

    Hi, Do you think the Alto can be used as a wireless connection going from a mixer to speaker(s) and have full function of the mixer?

    • @tonyb4227
      @tonyb4227 4 года назад

      @@DjMartiniMidwest Hey Midwest, no problems at all. I did some more research and it looks like the 'Xvive' will connect to a mixer and transmit wirelessly to your speakers. The way I saw it was two speakers were daisy-chained with the Xvive receiver in one and the transmitter was in the mixer. Mono only with this setup. I wound up buying a Rockville Rpm870 powered mixer and a pair of Soundtown 12" Metis speakers. Gotta admit, sounds better than I thought it would but only use it as a home Karaoke set up.

    • @DjMartiniMidwest

      Honestly sound quality... I can’t tell the difference between both. Alto may have a bit more charge and range on a fresh charge . (My thoughts) . Thanks.

      Yes , You can connect a Bluetooth / wireless receiver via two speakers. It’s possible but not reliably always in my opinion. Thanks

    Why not use a 3.5MM to 1/4" TRS adaptor instead of the TR? Won't that just steam in MONO?

    • @DjMartiniMidwest
      @DjMartiniMidwest  Год назад

      Yes, mono only with that 1/4 jack TR adapter , my idea was most people will just be streaming to one speaker . Or just be using one speaker for a small quick mobile party. I Thought mono would be acceptable for that scenario even if linked to other speaker.
      Also with “some” PA speaker’s combo Jacks (XLR & 1/4 mixed) I have had issues with vocal cut outs when using TRS instead of TR Mono .. I Hear instruments but low vocals. So i always use a mono cables when using 1/4 jack from my amp or mixer with my PA speakers. Then I connect a left & right to achieve stereo. Always works .. instead of maybe having issues with some PA speakers.. just my thoughts. Thanks for watching and your question.

      @@DjMartiniMidwest I'm now having the same issue with my ALTO 310. I want to set up the one speaker and stream from my phone and guess what...no vocals using the TRS! Darn, so I guess I have to get the TR like you to make it work...but won't that lessen the quality of my streamimg audio from my phone? Thank you for your help!

      @@Real.Estate.Motivate technically you will still get good signal / quality just not the L&R separation /depth . Only other suggestion there is better version of the alto Bluetooth receiver that is XLR and has a stereo / mono switch. Otherwise is the same as reviewed in my video . Could have one Bluetooth alto unit and link the other speaker via a cable.
      Also if you have two Alto Bluetooth units can link two speakers via Bluetooth only. But is a pricey option
      Thanks.

      @@DjMartiniMidwest Thank you! I just ordered the same adaptor in this video. I spoke with ALTO and their tech support advised me "Yes, if you have a 3.5mm TRS to 1/4 TRS adaptor it will work!" So you scored full marks and ALTO got a "0" for not knowing about their own product. Thanks again, Lee
