Saw demo in BJ's in Brooklyn, great Demo. Got home, tried product, AWESOME. Used it with ONIONS, which is what I really bought it for. HATE chopping onions. AWESOME!! My only suggestion thus far is to just note the difference with the direction you will turn the blade for LEFT HANDED PEOPLE. As with everything, the lefties of the world have to acclimate. Just a suggestion to make the mention. What may also be helpful is a way to keep all pieces of the apparatus together when not in use.
AWESOME Product! Worth it even if you only use it for onions. WELL DONE!!
