Currently 10 weeks post op for explant surgery. BEST decision I ever made. So many doctors and specialists over 10 years of having implants saying I was fine and I wasn’t! I am finally feeling like myself again.
If you are thinking of implants, please please please think again. They aren’t worth it. You are BEAUTIFUL without them. The Lord blessed you with your body without them!

@@ladiiyb I had my implants for over 10 years and they were rough after having kids. I had so many health problems I decided to just get them out and have a lift and just deal with whatever I had left. Well, I don't have much left but let me tell you, life with little boobs is fantastic! Lol. I seriously can't believe what I had carrying around on my neck and shoulders for so many years. I seriously had a weight lifted off my chest. If you do anything, just get a lift! Or just learn to love them the way they are because they did some pretty awesome stuff! It's like a road map or a suitcase with stickers from all the places we've been.

I removed my breast implants back in 2016. There was not much info out there about explanting like there is now. I went back to the same surgeon that put them in. He charged me $2,000 with local anesthesia. They were out in less than 20 mins. I felt the pressure off my chest immediately! Best decision of my life.

I removed my implants after being diagnosed with low thyroid. After I took them out, my thyroid went back to normal, and I lost 17 pounds. I will never understand why people do plastic surgery ever. People need to be content with themselves! You don’t have to look the best. You have a bra so your breasts should look just fine when wearing clothes. Plus no one should care about your naked body when you are married. A good loving man would never care about not looking perfect

Functional medicine is great! But, you do have to be careful who you see and their beliefs. I saw a functional medicine Dr. who utilized crystals in his practice to identify “unbalances” in the body, I quickly left his practice. Crystals are a new age practice. I however firmly believe in functional whole body health through a Biblical lense. Like he said herbs that God has already made. And using food as medicine.

My husband is a type one diabetic for over 40 years and during the height of COVID we went to his doctor. They wanted him to get the Covid shot because of his high risk status. He declined and we were asked why? We responded with the reasoning that he is relatively healthy and we felt his body was equipped to handle the virus effectively God willing. We were immediately scolded and told they were the ones educated and naturally more able to make this decision for us. The doctor actually got offended and tried to make us feel stupid.
Long story short, no shot got Covid at least once and praise God his immune system did its job.

Yes they are the doctors, however not one of them could tell you any of the ingredients in these shots! We as medical professionals (I'm a nurse) are not trained in anything other than looking for signs and symptoms of immediate reaction with new medications or immunizations. Reaction to his childhood immunizations and we thought we were going to lose him as he was in the hospital for 5 days with 105 fever that they couldn't break and we were told he'd be possibly brain damaged. He has mild autism but is functional, and we were the lucky ones. I went with one of my friends who wanted to stop giving the jabs to their children Who had horrible reactions every time, and the pediatrician got very angry with me when I asked her what was in the shots, she handed me a pamphlet and I told her I know what's in them do you know, can you list even two ingredients, and she yelled at me and told me to get out of her office! When I was a kid I got eight immunizations, kids these days get 72 total many of which are combinations and extremely toxic. Big pharma is the only industry on the planet that has ZERO liability when it comes to vaccines. It's criminal!

I got mine due to what the surgeon called Extreme asymmetry and shape. They were two different sizes and completely different shapes. And I had lost some weight so the larger one had completely deflated. I was 21 at the time. I was also single. I didn't just want to feel a little bit more confident. I just didn't want to look like a freak. Had I known then what I know now, I just would have had a lift and had them reshaped. But I was basically told the only option was a lift, which I did need, and implants. So I went with it. It was fine for a few years but after two pregnancies, my hormones were all over the place. They didn't give us the full warning before 2017, because they weren't legally required to, so most of us didn't even know the full warnings. I have a online copy of everything they went over with me and what I signed in my records and it's not even in there

Honestly as a physician, the barrage of negative comments and poor understanding of physician education and role during this interview is so sad. The same thing that Dr. Axe referenced about the christian hit piece that wrote about him being unscientific is the same thing that is being done about all physicians here. Yes the prominent voices during COVID did not represent the thoughts of all physicians.
Why can't you promote natural medicine without such a large barrage of negative comments about physicians? I do this everyday in my own practice and for myself. I have never taken birth control, I don't endorse taking medications for "any reason," and I encourage my patients to engage in shared decision making. You should be able to discuss tradeoffs with your physician because yes there are tradeoffs to every choice that is made in life. There are tradeoffs to even ingesting natural foods, like lead in certain ground cinnamon. I'm not saying cinnamon is not good but you also need to be informed on what you are ingesting and understanding the source. Sorry but if your doctor is prescribing blood pressure and cholesterol medicine without a conversation about lifestyle and what you're putting in your body - then get a new doctor. It is hard because patients have to more informed than one might anticipate but this seems to be true in all aspects of life - parenting, politics, faith, etc.
There needs to be a more transparent bidirectional conversation. I do strongly believe that diet, environmental exposures and so many things in the world today contribute to disease.

It is misleading and overgeneralizing to say that conventional medical doctors are not trained in nutrition or lifestyle. I grew up surrounded by people in the medical industry including many conventional medical doctors, including my father, and they all discussed nutrition and lifestyle changes before getting to any chemical medication. And more often than not, in the cases where nutrition and lifestyle changes would be the best option, it is not the doctors pushing drugs but the patient refusing to make the lifestyle changes. I do know that there are many doctors who push drugs for their own profit but I think in this general conversation about doctors and drug companies we need to not be so quick to vilify doctors when in a lot of cases they are trying to help people only to be met with an unwillingness to make hard lifestyle changes and that mentality is a large part of the problem. Also, continuing to vilify doctors and create fear and distrust of them can be dangerous. I know hearing all these things for the past few years has really played some mental games in my own head to the point where I refused to go to any doctor because the narrative is doctors are bad, greedy, and only trained in a way that benefits drug companies, etc. And then I was trying to reconcile that narrative with having a dad who is a doctor. We can’t make these blanket statements. Yes, ask questions and do research and make sure your doctor is one who will work with you and not just push meds. Because there are good conventional medical doctors out there.

generalizations are not absolutes. your father might be the minority of dr's that are ethical in that sense. but most of them (we seen in the last 3-4 years) are pushing drugs they have no idea what they do to people... the jab being one of them... and telling them if they don't get it they are putting everyone at risk of death or severe hospitalization; firing many nurses and doctors that refused to take the experiement... this happened and exposed most (not all) of them to not be real doctors but drug pushers.

I have had my fair share of doctors that just want to slap a prescription on my symptoms but I’ve had more doctors that are wanting to understand what’s going on with whatever issues I might be having at the time and looking at what non-medical interventions we can try before medications. From all my experience both with my own health and the health of family members and even jobs I’ve worked in the health field, I’ve seen more doctors that care and are informed about the whole body than doctors that just want to hand you a script so it’s always shocking to hear health and wellness experts tear down doctors because that is not he experience I have had most of my life and it’s not been the experience for most people i know.

Thank you for this reply. My husband and I are both medical providers and I can assure you that we do not prescribe medications for financial incentives. Primary care docs are overworked and the burnout factor is real. I agree that many times it is the patients who do not want to make lifestyle changes and just want a quick fix. So the narrative that doctors are in it for the money only is misguided and frankly insulting. If we want to pin the problems we have in our healthcare system in this country on a group it should be the insurance industry. If we didn’t have to go around tending to the “quality metrics” they require we would have a lot more time to focus on patients. Not to mention the fact that every single insurance provider continues to decrease their reimbursement but we have to do more work for them. Meanwhile their executives are bringing in HUGE mind boggling amounts of money. As a private clinic with around 20 employees we sometimes barely break even. So no we are not financially incentivized by anyone, least of all the pharmaceutical industry!

I know two women who had their breast implants removed because they were always sick and doctors couldn’t figure out why. They had gained weight throughout the years and had severe joint pain to the point of not being able to function in life. I saw pictures of one when she had her implants and her face looked unhealthy. Immediately after they had them removed, they felt better and the next day looked healthier. My sister-in-law passed from breast cancer. A year after she had gotten implants her immune system shut down and the doctor couldn’t tell her why. Next year she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She refused to remove them and did holistic treatment and eventually chemo. She passed eight years after.

I would ask your friends who have seen an FM doc and seen good results. Or do an online search for "functional medicine doctor _________ (your city). And look at the online reviews. In addition, there are many great FM doctors who see patients virtually so ask someone you know who has seen good results or who is tapped into this field who may know a quality practitioner. Overall, word of mouth is typically the best so ask around.

    Taoism is not in Genesis

    • @drjoshaxe
      @drjoshaxe 5 месяцев назад +2

You are correct and I wasn't able to fully elaborate on that thought. My point was that two sides that make something whole is discussed in TCM such as working and resting, eating meat and vegetables, and masculinity and feminity. The early parts of Genesis point to the same way God created the heavens and earth, night and day, and man and woman. TCM took patterns in the world and the human body and created a health system based on those principles which is very effective in many instances. So thank you for calling this out as this was the one part of the interview I would have elaborated on more to clearly define my point. So to confirm, Taoism isn't in Genesis, and I don't subscribe to Taoism, I am a Christian. But I believe there are patterns of this world that we can learn from and utilize to bring health to the body.
