Just stumbled onto your channel -nice review!
Very surprised by the service onboard. Quite lackluster wasn't it.
Sometimes there's a button under the armrest near the end which needs to be depressed to raise it. Cheers!

@@JTsJourneys Was just on Air New Zealand last month on their dreamliner and 777 it worked on those aircraft, I recall. Perhaps its hit or miss.
