Elodie Wrap Dress, Sew Along, Tutorial

Hello everyone. Today I am sharing a full sew along for the Elodie wrap dress by Cloest Core, in this tutorial you can sew along with me if you prefer to learn this way. It is a lovely pattern so I hope you will give it a try I was really pleased with the finished dress. I made mine in cotton lawn and also added lining to the skirt, I do explain how I did this in the video. Please let me know how you get on. Thank you for watching.

Your dress is so beautiful! Thanks for the good tutorial. I plan on making it and your tutorial will be very helpful. I have the fabric picked out and can’t wait to start. I like the lining and will include that as my fabric is a bit sheer also. I’m glad you explained how to put that in. Have a nice weekend!

Hi Jill. Oh that is wonderful please let me know how you get on. Yes adding the lining is a must for thin fabrics as I think we tend not to wear things if we don't feel suitably covered. Have a great day.☺

Hi, ooh have fun choosing fabric.☺ The dress I was wearing at the beginning was self drafted, a fitted t shirt style bodice with the skirt pleated to the waist . The fabric for that one was from Happy Hare sheffield but they do have an ebay shop.
