Is the B-form issued by NADRA for the parents enough or do we really really Birth certificates from Union Council? I only have B forms. The birth certificates for both the parents no longer exist.

AoA. We processed our application through hospital and requested additional copies of Birth certificates. Hospital did not charge us any fee for additional copies. When and how will they charge fee? Thanks
