Hi, I am not able to run the simulation - I paint the lines - but then when i press the play button (or Alt+a) the animation runs but nothing happens... what am I doing wrong?

I changed some settings in the meanwhile. You should find a dedicated panel under Data menu in the Properties panel (same for vertex groups, shape keys, etc). In that dedicated panel you should find "Run Reaction-Diffusion". By default is off.

I don't have these menu tabs after installing. Nothing for reaction diffusion or any of the other options. Any idea what's up?

I too can't find it - downloaded master from github and but can't see the RD menu- how did you manage to get it?

I can't recall what the exact fix was, but I'm pretty sure it was just making sure I had the most up-to-date nightly build of blender.

Thanks for your reply Hogan... are you able to run the simulation?

Press start reaction in the Tissue Tools tool bar, then paint, then press alt+a. If you paint before doing the start reaction, it doesn't seem to work. When you start painting after pressing alt+a it causes Blender to crash (at least for me).
