Thank you Dr Ng and Dr Wang, I like your program which give very important information to public. I want to share my experience on blood pressure. I do regular exercise for many years. I’m now 70 years old. My BP was 155-165 5 years ago, my GB recommended me to take medication. I decided to try to reduce it through my diet. After 3 weeks of vegetarian diet, my BP did not improve. I went to see my GP, she said that it’s not vegetarian diet that can reduce BP, I have to stop all salt intake. I stopped putting salt in my cooking for 3 months, my BP was reduced to 130-140. I then continued with low salt diet, and get used to it. My regular BP now is 110-120/65-80. My weight is reduced from 64kg to 56kg in 3 years. Low salt and regular exercise is good for high BP patients.
My family doctor in US said the blood pressure should less than 135/85. I don't know my blood pressure is not stable even though I exercise every day. I can tell if my blood pressure is high because I can feel I am so tight. What else can I do to low my blood pressure? I weight 102 lbs and I don't think I can lose weight.
Agreed with everything on healthy lifestyle including consume more vegetables but NOT fruits❤❤❤ Anyhow, figure given by US always respectively low as it main purpose is to make more people on medications😂😂😂

以前個標準比較啱亞洲人,外國人多數爆血管所以set 120/80係適合,但亞洲人多數係塞血管,140/90都不為過。

我之前12x - 13x,下壓7x,有人話我高血壓,我即刻好乖去睇醫生,某區政府醫生開咗血壓藥畀我,5mg,食咗之後頭暈+無效,轉藥,而家10mg,但係血壓14x,下壓9x,點解會越食越衰?我唔煙唔酒,恆常運動,BMI 23以下,冇晒心機😢😢😢

已經轉咗之前係a字頭嗰隻,半粒,而家係L字頭嗰隻,開頭半粒,已經加藥,而家係一粒,但係越食血壓就越高

香港人口密度高嘅一個城市,如果作比較,只能與同類城市相比,不可同有寬敞腹地之國家比,例如和東京、北京、上海、倫敦,香港人壽命會高很多嗎?據資料是差不多的。基本是誤導
