Not sure if this was the first time Mineral played Minneapolis (but it was the first time I filmed them). I think the main thing is that The Promise Ring is from Milwaukee. So, by Midwestern standards, they're basically a local band. Hehe.
Such a legendary show - for a band defined by unbridled optimism, this moment was Promise Ring at their peak. Amazing to have this on video!
