I am 36 years old. In the evenings I have some time to play games. I downloaded dayz a few days ago and played around a bit. I won't lie, the game was a little difficult for me. I came across this video today and I have to honestly say that I enjoyed every minute I watched it. I subscribed to your channel young man, I will be waiting for your new content. Good luck.
It gets much easier once you get the basic survival down, hunting, fishing , fire, keep warm and dry, and learn to be stealthy. I'm just a little over 200 hours now and looking to get into base building. I found it much easier to learn the game playing on a low population community server.
Solo trick that works on not so experienced players, say with the mic open something like goodbye cruel word and pop a round off. Non-experienced players come to loot and walk into a full auto gun.
Solo makes you feel like a proper survivor, brutal but the most rewarding. Little plays feel big and finding that item you are looking for is obviously twice as hard so when you get it it's the best. I get lost in the game playing solo.

Dude playing on official is BRUTAL. No map ruined shit clothes no knife to start or ANYTHING map is a big thing for me im big on putting markers down to mark like a farm (Goats here) etc. or Base here. Solo is TOO brutal SPRINT depletes ffs. I need custom server with unlimited sprint as a bare MUST. Ive just logged on a modded uk server with a lot of mods (they need to sort summit about compression or file size coz i have over 500gb of mods lol) first thing i see is fancy fucking wallpaper lol mad but they give you some decent size close (slots) a fucking knife food and rags. and a flare for at night or starting a fire.
How do y’all ever play with the people when you don’t spawn with them, im new to the game less then 10 hours just curious, also @@Ar-k did you play on official server or community
I just started playing this with my husband. So much to learn. I think I’m adicted. I played all night by myself trying to impress my husband with a fort and storage with lots of goodies
I only play official solo, mostly because of life pressures restricting when I can play (cannot commit to long sessions). It was nice to see a solo adventure vid, and I liked your chicken coop base. I find as a solo player you need to do much larger and longer flanking moves, which can result in losing your quarry but it keeps you safer in battle. Thanks for the content!!!
I prefer solo. I enjoy the survival aspects, of hunting, fishing, so on. I do also enjoy the pvp, but on my own terms. Sometimes I just like to chill and be a hermit, but sometimes I need action. The typical groups I've played with tend to focus primarily on building massive bases, raiding, and pvp. Nothing against that, but it can get very taxing doing the same routine daily and being go, go, go all the time.
Fresh content! Finally someone playing the game as suposed to be played, not with unlimited stamina, no weight, insanly op guns or vest and all those shitty mods that absolutely take away the inmersion and the real DayZ feeling of play a survival hardcore game... Im still a super new-ish player to Dayz so your videos help a lot. Always solo as still learning places and basic stuff still. Im screwed without a compass ahahha
I'm always solo and have lots of fun. Servers I play on have safe zone traders so I socialize there. I usually make a few friends that are willing to help me if I'm getting raided etc etc. Building solo bases is fun! I think you have more options and can even build in the forest as a stand alone.
I just picked up DayZ again after a decade and am playing solo. Figuring out the loot table and how to be basically proficient, a little stashing and base building. I'm really enjoying it, had some positive PvP. But soon I think it'll be time to start trying to find some groups again, I just don't want to be dead weight.

Going solo is awesome, I love going with people but every once in a while going solo is amazing. You get even bigger of a rush from kills when you do it all alone with no help!
Usually always play solo, I find unless you can get team mates that play exactly like you and communicate and contribute just as much it can get frustrating playing in groups. Plus I can go for weeks undetected as solo. That being said I've had some of my best experiences as a large group on a private server, I guess it depends on vanilla/modded but usually solo is for me.

The chicken probably died to a contaminated zone. That's why you found this small glass ball at the entrance. In addition, I have a few questions. On which server do you play? I'm pretty sure it's a server with mods, but this looks mega interesting! Have you ever thought about opening your own server for you incl. community? This way people could support you with your videos, by just playing DayZ again!

Just started out playing this game after playing tarkov for 500 hours or so. Gotta say I enjoy this even more than eft in a sense that I get to “survive” harder than eft. Going in completely solo and getting my first base tent after 3 days in feels good
@@Ar-k even trying to find my tent after dying for 2-3 hours is just fun if you’re coming of competitive games. Very calming, but the sudden moments of running into people keep you on your toes love it!

just found you dude through the algorithms! as others said love your style, good cuts as well good VO, mostly good music (I assume royalty free, if so I'd try to keep a tone, sometimes the music didn't fit together and was jaring), but overall pretty good and I subscribed!
On console it's impossible to build a base in a little hunting cabin. So I build one in the vicinity of one of these cabins, in the middle of some close standing trees and not been spottet for around a month at the moment. 2 two-story towers and two walls, barb-wire all around on the bottom and on the top of the single-story camouflaged walls. Don't know if somebody found it yet, but definitely nobody managed getting inside. There are some player spawns ca 300 metres around my base, but I think most players head in another direction to nearby towns. So, I'm curious how long I will manage to keep my base

I play on console and noticed your KA-74U was named AKS-74U. 2. How do you know where all of this loot is? My gameplay consists of me aimlessly wandering around finding Capri Pants and Mens Suit Jackets.
This was recorded on KarmaKrew, it has a few mods which make the game very fun, and I did find lots of Capri pants but I just cut it out as I didn’t want to bore people haha

Its 3-4 quarter of 2024 - i'm making comment on the troop carrier in the field - its my observation that vehicles need a rework or made up-gradable with armor components, atm they are just a liability.

Hell yeah Jason! Running solo is very unique, but also very rewarding! This base location was perfect, could even work for a duo! The thought of playing in big clans doesn’t appeal to me at all
Im recent convert to PC fome console, is that door an option wne you get some short sticks and a rope or is a building mod the server had to have added?
You need one rope two short sticks combine for a fence kit then place the fence jit attach two logs use a pickax to build the base then attatch planks and nails and use a hammer or hatchet to build the frame then the walls after you can make it a gate by attaching metal wire and mounting it with plyers to put barbed wire on do the same thing

It’s a steep and long curve to learn but once you’ve got it down this games CONSUMES your time and you just can’t get enough 😂

I love the map animation that shows where your going as your talking about it. It helps me learn the map so much easier

The pvp can take so much longer as a solo, especially against groups, but it makes it so much more fun, I really enjoy it!

Eft is amazing but you can extract from a raid, dayz is just constant surviving and the environment can even be a threat

what headset/ particular sound settings are you running? you are able to accurately trace shots by sound and i just can’t do it that well
